The present invention relates to a glue gun assembly having desirable cooling performance. The glue gun assembly comprises: a glue gun body which comprises a grip, a trigger, and an accommodation case; a heating part which is installed inside the accommodation case, and which is heated by application of electricity; a nozzle part which is disposed in front of the accommodation case, and which discharges a melted glue material; and a transfer unit which is installed inside the glue gun body, which is connected to the trigger, and which transfers the glue material forward toward the nozzle part; wherein a first ventilation fan is contained inside the grip, and a first vent hole is formed in a part of the glue gun body surrounding the heating part.
