The present invention relates to a lightweight thermal insulation biding material including 3-60 wt% of a mineral mixture including blast furnace slag, gypsum, and vermiculite, 3-88.8 wt% of a curing accelerator, 0.1-3 wt% of a volume expansion agent, 3-20 wt% of a high-performance water reducing agent in a powder form, and 5-30 wt% of ferrous sulfate and quartz sand. The lightweight thermal insulation biding material has excellent fluidity and enables construction of a floor of a building to be efficiently performed when the lightweight thermal insulation biding material is used. In addition, the amount of hexavalent chromium, harmful to a human body, of the lightweight thermal insulation biding material can be efficiently reduced. Therefore, the lightweight thermal insulation biding material, which is eco-friendly, can be provided.
