The present invention relates to a structure of a substation wiring facility of a substation. According to the present invention, a trolley is installed in a booth of the substation facility to be able to lift and move a conductor, and an inspection hole is formed in the booth wherein the inspection hole is opened and closed by an inspection hole cover. A fixation plate installed at the inspection hole, a conductor fixation apparatus, and a conductor coupling/removal apparatus are equipped. Therefore, the present invention does not form a perforated unit and a bolt through tube in a conductor and is able to support an insulation state in a booth without influencing conductivity of the conductor by maintaining a uniform circular section in overall. Moreover, when a conductor is being installed or replaced, a simple manipulation is required to fix and remove the conductor so that installation and replacement of a conductor in a booth can be quickly and simply performed.
