The utility model aims to provide a process and method in producing a seasoning particularly chevon-flavored bouillon cube made from chevon carcass or waste by-products. The carcass is boiled into water. The resulting broth from the boiled carcass is collected and mixed with lean trimmings. Yeast extract and salt is added to the mixture before subjecting to the dehydrator for 12 hours at 80øC. Oil is added into the dehydrated mixture before molding it using a molder. The bouillon cube is packaged in laminated foil before storage. The chevon bouillon cube can be used as a flavor enhancer or seasoning in cooking.

Disclosed is a utility model for a process of producing pineapplesquash jam comprising the following steps: selecting ripe fruits including pineapple, squash, and calamansi; washing the fruits with fresh water; paring the skin of the pineapple and squash; chopping the pared pineapple and squash; weighing the needed ingredients: 15 pcnt squash by weight, 5 pcnt pineapple by weight, 15 pcnt calamansi juice by weight, 40 pcnt sugar by weight and 25 pcnt water by weight; boiling chopped pineapple and squash meat in water for 20 minutes at 105øC (220øF) temperature; squeezing the calamansi to extract the juice separating the seeds; adding sugar and calamansi juice into the boiling pineapple and squash meat and stirring continuously until jam consistency is obtained; and packaging the jam in a sterilized airtight sealed glass container and labelling. The pineapple-squash jam is very nutritious and it can be used as fillings of any breads or biscuits.

Descrito como o presente modelo de utilidade, apresenta uma nova caixa conjugada a um suporte para a montagem e instalação de câmeras de vigilância, segurança e circuitos internos em geral, elaborado para proporcionar uma vedação mais eficiente tornando-o resistente a chuvas e outras intempéries, além de apresentar uma construção simplificada, conferindo praticidade e facilidade no seu manuseio ou manutenção sendo basicamente composta por três elementos principais, sendo uma caixa de proteção (1), um suporte (2) e uma viseira de proteção (3), onde a referida caixa de proteção (1) é conformada por um corpo (4) constituído por quatro perfis encaixáveis (5) ou conformado em peça única, dotado de trilhos (6) em sua face superior e inferior, bem como de guias de encaixe (7) em sua porção interna, sendo que na sua extremidade posterior possui uma capa (8), que possui uma pequena abertura cilíndrica (10), para passagem da fiação onde é montado um tubo condutor (12), que se conecta no suporte (2), e na sua porção anterior é montado o visor (13) possuindo um vidro (14) plano, devidamente soldado e vedado junto à peça (13), sendo que dita caixa (1) possui trilhos (6) eq³idistantes em seu perfil superior onde encaixa-se viseira (3), e em seu perfil inferior também são previstos trilhos (6), para o encaixe do suporte (2) que, por sua vez, é conformado por três peças sendo uma peça de encaixe (32) que possui um par de projeções (33), configurando o local de encaixe da peça de ajuste (34), e a peça de montagem (38) que possui uma tampa (38A) que protege a fiação interna.
