The present invention is direct to an item holding device having a container body and a flexible tail and method of use. The flexible tail facilitates the positioning of the item holding device within convenient reach of the user by enabling the user to wrap the flexible tail around a static structure or configure it to form a support stand for placement upon a surface. The flexible nature of the tail allows the tail to snugly conform to the shape of the attachment point, keeping the item holding device securely in place.

A strap mechanism for attaching an additional parcel to a rolling suitcase is disclosed. A strip of elasticized material with a sleeve for sliding over a rolling suitcase handle is secured around the parcel using a hook and loop fastening mechanism. The strap mechanism prevents the additional parcel from twisting off or otherwise falling off of the rolling suitcase. A horizontally and vertically oriented device is presented, as well as a universal configuration. The present disclosure provides for a bag with a retractable strap and different variations of accessory panels located throughout the bag. In some aspects, the retractable strap may be moved into different orientations on the bag rather than a stagnant placement throughout the use of the bag. In some embodiments, the bag may have several interior and exterior accessory panels that allow for limitless combinations of accessories to be added for maximum customization from bag to bag. In some implementations, the bag and frame may be made up of different materials depending on the intended use of the bag. Expandable pockets on the elastic body secure cups, bottles, and articles of various sizes. A closed bottom on each expandable pocket secures large and small articles, and for stacking, an expanding taper surface on each closed bottom accommodates the tops of cups, bottles, and articles being held by another instance of the apparatus situated below, to provide a stackable plurality of the carrying devices that are stackable on a single luggage handle for many cups, bottles, and articles of multiple travelers, such as a family.

Bag Computer System and Bag Apparatus

Disclosed is a system comprised of a bag and computer combination which allows the bag wearer to quickly access and use a computer while mobile. The system can be in three forms and all three are used in the same way: a pivoting cover is moved out of the way to expose a display which pivots into the line of sight of the wearer/operator. When assembled, all the components are physically connected and electrical components are electrically connected. Additional components include a keyboard or write pad mounted on the pivoting cover or on a separate pivoting mount near the center bag front, a display prop which braces the display in various angular positions and side pockets fitted for peripherals. An example is cited using a bag with flap mounts and equipment which mounts to the flaps using clamps.

Strap attachment

A strap attachment device includes a strap connector configured to attach to a strap and a connecting plate secured on the surface of an article such as a bag or suitcase. The strap connector includes a connector post configured to removably engage and be secured by a locking member located beneath the connecting plate. The locking member is biased into a closed position by a mechanical biasing means, such as a spring. The connector post may include a flanged end configured to partially disengage the locking member causing the flanged end to mate with and be secured by the locking member responsive to being inserted into the connecting plate. A pull tab is further disposed on a pull track within the connecting plate. A user can disengage the connector post from the locking member by moving the pull tab along the pull track.

A chamber for receiving a pressurized fluid may include a tensile member extending between a first chamber barrier layer and a second chamber barrier layer and including a plurality of tethers extending between the first tensile member layer and the second tensile member layer. The chamber may include stitching through the tensile member in a stitched region. When the chamber is pressurized with the pressurized fluid, a substantial majority of the first tensile member layer is separated from the second tensile member layer by a distance that corresponds to a length of the plurality of tethers. A strap may be removably attachable to a container. The strap may include a retractor having an opening, a retraction spring and a brake. The strap may further include a strip of flexible material attached to the retraction spring and extending through the opening of the retractor. The strap may also include clips attaching the retractor and distal end of the flexible material to the container. The strip of flexible material may move from a fully retracted position, where the distal end of the strip of flexible material is nearest the retractor, relative to the entire length of the strip of flexible material, to an extended position where the distal end of the strip of flexible material is furthest from the retractor. The retraction spring may bias the strip of flexible material into/toward the fully retracted position.

A purse with an integrated and removable phone case includes an attached, but removable, phone case suspended from a purse strap by a chain, cord, or similar mechanism. Cell phone users require immediate, unencumbered access to their phones. Currently available products require the phone user to remove his or her phone from a bag. Phone cases cannot hold many items without becoming too bulky. Small purses have limited storage space and personal devices can take up much of that space. Moreover, carrying a phone case with a strap in addition to a purse with a strap can cause tangling and limit ease of use. An externally available phone case suspended from a strap of a purse allows for immediate access to the cell phone without consuming space within the purse. The suspended phone case may be removed from the purse to allow for separate use of the phone or purse.
