The apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the steam generator is supplied with liquid from the first liquid tank by an electric pump.3. A hand-held device for hair growth stimulation. The device parts the user's hair while the light source radiates user's exposed scalp. Non-light emitting teeth are uses to part the user's hair in front of an associated light source. An optional timer can be used to control the length of time the light source is activated.
