Each clip element comprises a tongue that may be resiliently flexed and which will resiliently grip and hold a greetings cards or similar with the card hanging from the clip element. Each picture includes one or more sockets, generally along the top of the picture, or one or more of its edges, although in some embodiments a picture can include sockets located elsewhere on the picture. A picture can be attached to the grid by placing it on the grid so that its sockets are supported by the pegs. Framed Art Hanging System Utilizing A Magnetic Connection Combined With A Mechanical Connection

The invention relates to a framed art hanging system for hanging pictures and other similar items such as art, photos, diplomas, posters, paintings and framed sports memorabilia on walls. The system allows the installer of a framed picture to easily hang the picture utilizing the combination of a magnetic connection and a mechanical connection. The magnetic connection is achieved by utilizing a magnet, preferably adhered to a plate which is attached to either the back of the picture frame or to the wall and a metal plate which is magnetically attracted to the magnet, the metal plate being placed on the other location (either the back of the picture frame or to the wall). Three example ways to achieve a mechanical connection are described. The first way is to place an abrasive coating on either the frame plate or the magnet plate and a deformable substance coating on the other. Framed art hanging system utilizing a magnetic connection combined with a mechanical connection

The invention relates to a framed art hanging system for hanging pictures and other similar items such as art, photos, diplomas, posters, paintings and framed sports memorabilia on walls. The system allows the installer of a framed picture to easily hang the picture utilizing the combination of a magnetic connection and a mechanical connection. The magnetic connection is achieved by utilizing a magnet, preferably adhered to a plate which is attached to either the back of the picture frame or to the wall and a metal plate which is magnetically attracted to the magnet, the metal plate being placed on the other location (either the back of the picture frame or to the wall). Three example ways to achieve a mechanical connection are described. The first way is to place an abrasive coating on either the frame plate or the magnet plate and a deformable substance coating on the other. The second way is to combine fins and grooves, one being placed on the frame plate and the other being placed on the magnet plate. The last way is to utilize geometric protrusions and depressions, one being placed on the frame plate and the other being placed on the magnet plate.

A smart mirror can show live or recorded streaming video of an instructor performing a workout in a package that is attractive and unobtrusive enough to hang in a living room. The smart mirror includes a mirror surface with a fully reflecting section and a partially reflecting section. A display behind the partially reflecting section shows the video when the smart mirror is on and is almost invisible when the smart mirror is off. The smart mirror also has a speaker, a microphone, and a camera to enable a user to view the video content and interact with the instructor. Adjustable Hanger Apparatus and Method

An adjustable hanger assembly is provided that includes a slider base and a slider that can be adjusted vertically within the slider base and held in a vertical position by an engagement with the slider base. A spring provided in the slider base enables the slider to be maintained in a normally engaged, locked position. By pushing the slider in, toward to the slider base, for example, with a finger or thumb, the slider can be disengaged from the slider base and moved up or down. The assembly can also include a mounting bracket for fixedly securing the assembly to a wall. An exemplary embodiment describes a portable device holder with mirror, including a base unit, at least a stop element and a minor. The base unit includes a placement surface for placing a portable electronic device. The minor is disposed on the placement surface and occupies at least a part of the placement surface. The stop element is disposed at the base unit and protrudes beyond from underneath the placement surface. When the portable device is placed on the placement surface, the stop element is located at an edge of the portable device to prevent the portable device from falling off the placement surface. After the portable device is removed from the placement surface, the minor disposed to cover the placement surface is exposed and is used as a mirror. As such, the present invention can be used as a device holder and a mirror.

Simple Center Wall Hanger

A secure, single-pivot hanger for picture frames or like objects. The invention includes a top-center alignment slot so it can quickly and accurately be placed directly over the object's, previously measured and marked, top midpoint. Adhesive on the hanger's back is used to hold the hanger in position on the object before being nailed in place. Two pre-located holes assure that fastener nails will be self-stabilized in an upright starting position and guided in a straight line as they are driven into the back of the object. A hanging bracket for hanging a picture frame having at least two right angled corners on a supporting structure. The bracket is a one-piece member formed of plastic having a planar base terminating with a beveled edge formed by two straight sections and an intervening arcuate section. A V-shaped column is spaced from the beveled edge by a V-shaped planar portion of the base and extends perpendicularly from the base terminating in a V-shaped top edge with two straight legs joined at a rounded corner. METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HANGING AN OBJECT

An apparatus and method for hanging objects on a supporting wall includes a bracket with an outwardly extending shelf for supporting engagement with the object. A flange extends upwardly from the bracket and is secured by a fastener to the object. A marking device is removably mounted in an aperture formed in the bracket and has a sharp marking element extending therefrom. After the bracket is attached to the object by the fasteners and the marking element is positioned in the aperture, the object is pressed against the supporting wall at the desired hanging location whereupon the marking element marks the wall at the correct location for installing the hanging hardware. After the hanging hardware is installed at the marked locations, it is subsequently received in the bracket aperture after the marking element is removed therefrom to hang the object on the hanging hardware. 1. A positive locking hanging system is specifically adapted for locking a panel to a wall. The system includes a first elongated mounting member that is configured to be mountable to a wall, and a second elongated mounting member configured to be attachable to a panel. When the first elongated mounting member and the second elongated mounting member are engaged, notches in the first and second elongated mounting members are aligned to form a locking channel. A user may lock the second elongated mounting member to the first elongated mounting member (i.e., lock the panel to the wall) by inserting a locking element into the locking channel. The locking element constrains the movement of the elongated mounting members which results in the panel being locked to the wall. The present invention relates to a device for mounting wall objects. The device has a vertical member and a horizontal member attached to one another along a fold line. The vertical member has a wall-facing side that engages and is secured to a wall or surface by receiving connection members through one or more mounting holes. The horizontal member, in some arrangements, has a pair of flanges that form a gap along an outer end opposite the fold line. A pair of spaced-apart support braces that form a slot extend generally down the middle between the horizontal and vertical member. The present invention is a display support comprising a bracket that is attachable to a display and having at least one wing adjacent to a bracket channel. The bracket channel has at least two keyways. An optional sleeve is held within the channel and has keyways aligned with the keyways of the bracket channel to form aligned keyways. A support arm, held within the bracket channel, has a key that can be received in one of the keyways. Rotation of the support arm in the bracket channel is prevented when the key is received in one of the keyways and rotation of the support is permitted when the key is not received in one of the keyways.
