Hot gas is circulated to and from the oven cavity via air delivery means such that turbulently mixed glancing, conflicting and colliding gas flow patterns mix at and about the surfaces of the food product. The turbulently mixed gas flows are spatially averaged over the surface area of the food product producing high heat transfer, thereby optimizing speed cooking of the food product.

An outer closure lid is detachably associated with the outer body, and a thermally insulating element is positioned between the trays and the outer body. An improved tortilla conveying system, for sequentially conveying a plurality of tortillas to be warmed, is disclosed. The conveying system provides a stack of tortillas and automatically conveys tortillas sequentially through a tortilla warmer. The tortillas are stored in a container. In our modern world, we do not enable manufacturers and distributors to transport chilled or frozen food without proper refrigeration. Anyone who does so, is immediately subject to shipment disqualification. We enable students and consumers the ability to do so because there is nothing to protect them except for ice boxes and thermoses which, due to their size and weight, are not very popular—justifiably so. In addition, an ice box is not suitable for a small helping or a single box of food. Wonder Boxes aim to solve these problems because they are light, small, appropriate for food and drink, and easy to operate. In order to retain the quality of food which being left outside a source of cold or heat, Chilled food, frozen food or hot food preserved in boxes after their removal from the source of heat, using appropriate boxes with two panels or more, with water or another substance in between. Alternatively, a food receptacle may be formed separately from the reservoir and may either attach to the thermal contact surface or may be easily removable. Embodiments may selectively heat or cool food in the food receptacle by transferring thermal energy between the thermal transfer fluid and the thermal contact surface. A setpoint temperature is accurately maintained everywhere on the thermal transfer surface to avoid hot spots or cold spots in the food receptacle.
