Then a separate area provides for housing a plurality of dry compressed towels, in the form of tablets. The chamber receives the dry compressed towels and the liquid. A trigger mechanism provides for selectively introducing at least one dry compressed towel and liquid into the chamber. Actuation of the trigger mechanism causes the dry compressed towel to enter the chamber and to be exposed to the liquid so as to be moistened or wetted, thereby being decompressed or expanding. The user can then retrieve the ready to use towel from the chamber.

A dispensing system includes a holder adapted to hold the package of wipes. The holder has a front portion, a rear portion and side portions connecting the front and rear portions, and the package has a front wall with a dispensing opening, a rear wall opposite the front wall, two opposing side walls and two opposing end walls. The front portion of the holder includes first and second holder parts extending in a length direction of the holder and is spaced apart in a width direction of the holder with a gap between the holder parts. The holder parts are resiliently movable between a holding position and a loading position, and the gap is smaller in the holding position than in the loading position. The rear portion of the holder and the rear wall of the package include mating fasteners for attaching the package to the holder.

The pusher is disposed between the transporting conveyers. The blades of the pusher have a plurality of tooth sections. The pusher drops the sheets suctioned to the transporting conveyer downwards by means of moving vertically downwards.

A hands-free towel dispenser includes a housing having an internal volume that may contain at least one roll of towel material. Within the dispenser a dispensing mechanism is in communication with a sensor system which scans for the presence of a user at a first pulse rate and initiates a dispense cycle upon sensing a user. The sensor system is in electrical communication with a control circuit which determines the time that has elapsed from the last dispense cycle and compare the elapsed time with a preset value. If the elapsed time is greater than the preset value, the control circuit configures the sensor system to scan for the presence of a user at a second pulse rate. Upon detecting a user, the control circuit initiates a dispense cycle and sets the sensor system to scan for the presence of a user at the first pulse rate.

The present invention generally provides a towel wetting or pre-wetting device for the wetting of towels at the point of use. More specifically, the present invention provides for disposable towel pre-wetting devices which provide a point of use wetting for cleaning and disinfecting wipes or towels. Embodiments allow for activation of the towel pre-wetting device with a towel through the lid which temporarily unseals the bowl from the cap allowing fluid to be released from the reservoir to pre-wet a towel as it is extracted through the lid. Embodiments allow for the adjustment of the bowl relative to the cap which controls the volume of fluid to be released to wet the towel. The pre-wetting device is intended to be affixed to the top of a cylinder of towels. Thus the present invention solves the unmet need of providing for wet cleaning wipes or towels at the point of use.

In particular, the present invention relates to a dispensing system which can be readily and securely fastened to the walls and other operating surfaces associated with bathrooms, changing rooms, machine shops and the like. In water closets at places of work, hospitals, laboratories, workshops and similar places, there are many individuals who require access to liquids such as liquid soap, oils and production process chemicals etc. usually have a reservoir that must be filled from a larger supply container. The filling operation tends to be complicated and thus time-consuming and with the likelihood of the creation of a mess. It is often difficult to feed the product directly into the dispenser container by pouring the liquid from a big supply tank. It is important that the fluids—whether for lubricating, cleaning or production processes—are managed such that only the correct fluids are. In the installation of a liquid dispensing system, factors of convenience in ensuring that the dispensers are maintained at a suitable level must be weighed against security of product. A rolled product dispenser for dispensing a web of rolled product is described. The rolled product dispenser comprises a dispensing assembly, a return mechanism, and a blocking mechanism. The dispensing assembly includes a rotating drum assembly having a peripheral wall configured to be contoured at least partially by the web of rolled product. The rotating drum assembly is rotatable in a dispensing rotation direction and a counter dispensing rotation direction along at least 90 degrees. The return mechanism biases the rotating drum towards a stationary configuration by rotating same in the counter dispensing rotation direction.
