A device for dispensing towels comprises a container, a sepearet area and a chamber. The container, such a bottle contains liquid, such a hand sanitizer. Then a separate area provides for housing a plurality of dry compressed towels, in the form of tablets. The chamber receives the dry compressed towels and the liquid. A trigger mechanism provides for selectively introducing at least one dry compressed towel and liquid into the chamber. Actuation of the trigger mechanism causes the dry compressed towel to enter the chamber and to be exposed to the liquid so as to be moistened or wetted, thereby being decompressed or expanding. The user can then retrieve the ready to use towel from the chamber.

If a voice call occurs in a UE while the UE accesses the LTE system, the UE using CSFB switches to a 2G/3G legacy system, recycles system information for a 2G/3G cell that the UE has accessed before, and immediately proceeds with voice call setup without receiving system information unnecessary for a CSFB process.

The present invention generally provides a towel wetting or pre-wetting device for the wetting of towels at the point of use. More specifically, the present invention provides for disposable towel pre-wetting devices which provide a point of use wetting for cleaning and disinfecting wipes or towels. Embodiments allow for activation of the towel pre-wetting device with a towel through the lid which temporarily unseals the bowl from the cap allowing fluid to be released from the reservoir to pre-wet a towel as it is extracted through the lid. Embodiments allow for the adjustment of the bowl relative to the cap which controls the volume of fluid to be released to wet the towel. The pre-wetting device is intended to be affixed to the top of a cylinder of towels. Thus the present invention solves the unmet need of providing for wet cleaning wipes or towels at the point of use.

A napkin assembly including an open ended chute for storing a stack of napkins therein and an openable and closeable front member relative to the open end of the chute is disclosed. The chute is made of first to fourth sidewall members and a rear member that are separately injection molded pieces that include a clip structure to allow the pieces to be clipped together to form the chute. Opposed ones of the sidewall members are identical pieces allowing them to be interchanged with one another during manufacture while still allowing the sidewall members to clip together to form the chute. The front member includes a transparent window to allow a depth of the stack to be viewed from the outside to check a product low condition. The front member includes locking tabs to lock it in a closed position relative to the chute. The tabs may be flexed through openings in the chute from the outside into a lock release position. A sheet product dispenser for dispensing sheet product from a roll of sheet product having a sealed tail is provided. A cleaning product includes an elongated sheet having a length. The elongated sheet is divided into a plurality of individual sheet sections that extend in series along the length. At least one of the individual sheet sections is a moist sheet section having a moist center section impregnated with a cleaning solution, and at least one of the individual sheet sections is a dry sheet section having a dry center that is impregnated with a hydrophobic solution.
