The present application relates to a temporomandibular joint retractor and a boost device thereof and an operation method therefor; the boost device comprises a pull-down element, a locating element and an adjusting component; the pull-down element has a hook portion for hooking the mandible, and the adjusting component is connected to the locating element; the adjusting component is configured to drive the pull-down element to move relative to the locating element, so that the hook portion of the pull-down element pulls the mandible forward and downward to pull apart the gap between the temporomandibular joints, thereby facilitating a patient to open his/her mouth at a larger angle such that the temporomandibular joint tractor can conveniently open the patient's mouth at a large angle and improve the traction exercise effect of the temporomandibular joint.

The present invention relates to a device for treating bruxism, wherein the device comprises: a lower engaging member with a stimulus surface directed substantially downward during use for providing an engagement on a lower jaw element or the teeth thereof during performing of the treatment; an upper engaging member with a stimulus surface directed substantially upward during use for providing an engagement on an upper jaw element or the teeth thereof during performing of the treatment; a mechanism connecting the lower engaging member and the upper engaging member for providing a mutual connection between the engaging members, and a drive mechanism for moving apart at least parts of the engaging members by means of a driving for the purpose of forcing apart the lower jaw element and the upper jaw element, thereby achieving that at least the muscles of mastication are exposed to an activation stimulus.
