The grid comprises a permanent or temporary foundation having a plurality of playground module support locations aligned in a grid or array, such that the playground may be constructed by placing the support posts of the module in connection with the foundation support locations. The disclosed support locations comprise embodiments that permanently secure the posts of a playground module using a pin-locking support hole, or alternatively a temporarily support means to movement for a shorter period while allowing swift setup and breakdown of the entire assembly, such as for temporary playgrounds.

The upper body exercise device and the lower body exercise machine are positioned with respect to each other so the user, while standing on and operating the lower body exercise machine and without lifting the user's body up and off the lower body exercise machine, can operate the upper body exercise device. The user grips the handlebar and simultaneously pulls the handlebar towards the user's chest, stretching the elastic member to lengthen the elastic member, placing the elastic member in tension. Then the user slowly releases the tension and allows the elastic member to shorten in length, thus providing upper body and core muscle strengthening. Multi-use mounting bracket with extension for therapeutic devices and gym accessories

Described herein are examples of multi-use mounting brackets having an extension configured to support one or more therapeutic apparatuses or other equipment accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.

Playground

The invention relates to a playground comprising a number of pillars of a circular cross sectional area, and a series of playground elements including floor panels and side panels, and a series of brackets for attachment of the playground elements to the pillars. The brackets comprise an element coupling portion adapted to be fastened to a playground element and a pillar coupling portion adapted to be fastened to a side portion of a pillar. Here, the pillar coupling portion comprising a contact face curved to lie against pillar and a boring for receiving a fastening member which is oriented such that the bracket when fastened to the pillar is attached by the fastening member inserted from the bracket and into the pillar in a radial direction of the pillar. The series of brackets comprises brackets with element coupling portions adapted to be fastened to each of the playground elements in the series of playground elements, and all the brackets in the series comprise essentially identical pillar coupling portions such that all the brackets are adapted to be attached to the pillars in the same way. The invention also relates to a method of assembling such a playground. The series of playground elements may include floor panels, side panels, a series of bars of predefined diameters and chains.

본 고안은 그네와 구름다리 그리고 철봉을 하나의 놀이시설로 제작할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 시공 공간이 작더라도 쉽게 시공하여 어린이들의 흥미를 유발할 수 있게 한다. 특히, 본 고안은 그네가 설치되는 프레임을 제작할 때 그네가 회전하는 반지름을 고려해서 그네를 타는 어린이들이 안전하게 그네를 이용할 수 있게 제작함으로써, 다른 놀이시설을 이용하는 어린이들과의 안전하고가 발생하지 않게 다른 놀이시설을 배치하여 안전하면서도 다양한 놀이를 경험할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 본 고안은 구름다리가 그네의 회전 중심을 기준으로 하는 호 형상으로 제작함으로써, 그네와의 간섭이 생기지 않게 하면서도 복합 놀이 기구에서 차지하는 공간을 최소화하면서도 구름다리 끝에 철봉을 갖춰서 구름다리와 철봉을 함께 이용할 수 있게 한다.

Technisches Problem der Erfindung: Für Laufbandanwendungen (Therapie und Sport) werden derzeit sowohl Vorrichtungen zur KGE, als auch zur Sturzsicherung verwendet. Die neue Vorrichtung soll es ermöglichen den Probanden zu entlasten, ihn aber gleichzeitig vor Stürzen zu schützen und die Bewegung des Laufgurts im Falle eines Sturzes automatisch zu stoppen. KGE Systeme werden derzeit in zwei Ausführungen angeboten; entweder mit Ein-Punkt-Aufhängung, die Drehbewegungen des Läufers ermöglicht, oder mit Mehr-Punkt-Aufhängung, die eine seitliche Stabilisierung des Probanden ermöglicht. Die neue Vorrichtung soll die Möglichkeit schaffen die Vorteile beider Lösungen zu nutzen. Lösung des Problems: Die Kombination aus KGE und Sturzsicherung wird derart ausgeführt, dass ein Entlastungsseil, welches den Probanden mit der Entlastungseinheit verbindet über einen verstellbaren Anschlag geleitet wird.
