A method of continuously manufacturing hydrogen-containing drinking water includes (A) a deaeration step, (B) a hydrogen dissolving step, (C) a filling step, and (D) a sealing step. Pressure is applied to water flow channels corresponding to hydrogen-containing water, which is to be injected to a packaging container in the filling step, from purified water that is to be supplied to the deaeration step. The filling step includes: a preparation stage of supplying hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into a filling device; a deaeration stage of removing gas, which is present in the packaging container, after connecting the packaging container to the filling device; an injection stage of directly injecting the hydrogen-containing water, to which pressure is applied, into the packaging container; and a discharge stage of discharging hydrogen-containing water, which remains in the filling device, into the packaging container by introducing pressurized air into the filling device. The method further includes a step of immediately proceeding to the sealing step (D) when the injection port and the filling port are disconnected from each other.

본 발명은 FRP제작시 PET필름에 공급되는 액상 수지(Resin)의 교반장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 FRP제작시 공급되는 액상 수지에는 촉진제와 경화제가 첨가되며, 상기 첨가물은 프로펠러를 이용한 1차 교반과 초음파장치를 이용한 2차 교반에 의하여 기포가 없이 촉진제와 경화제가 균일하게 혼합된 수지를 공급하여 FRP의 강도를 전체적으로 균일하게 하고 불량률을 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 수지(Resin)의 교반장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 수지(Resin)의 교반장치는 교반통으로 공급되는 액상의 수지와 촉진제를 교반할 수 있도록 회전교반날개가 설치되어 있는 프로펠러 교반기가 형성된 프로펠러 교반장치와, 상기 프로펠러 교반장치에서 혼합된 액상의 수지와 촉진제를 공급받아 경화제와 교반하도록 상측에 초음파 발생장치가 형성되고 하측으로 상기 초음파 발생장치에서 발생되는 진동으로 교반할 수 있도록 형성된 몸체로 이루어진 초음파 교반기로 이루어진 초음파 교반장치로 구성되며, 상기 초음파 교반장치에 의한 초음파 교반시 경화제가 기포의 발생 없이 공급하여 교반할 수 있도록 초음파 교반기의 몸체의 측면으로 경화제 투입구가 형성되고, 내측으로 공급관이 형성되며, 하측 단부에 배출구를 형성한 것이다. 교반장치, 수지, 초음파장치

Method of producing ultrafine ground calcium carbonate

A process for producing ultrafine ground calcium carbonate is disclosed in which a dry feed stone is slurried to a 15 to 60% by weight solids slurry and dispersed with an organic dispersant. The dispersed slurry is fed to an attrition mill where it is bead ground to 50-70% less than 2 microns. The ground calcium carbonate is classified in a centrifuge into a product stream having from 70-99% of its particles less than 2 microns and an underflow stream of larger particles. The product stream is treated with ozone which serves not only to increase the brightness of the product but to return the slurry to a non-dispersed state. The calcium carbonate slurry is then dewatered to produce a 58-69% solids product suitable for preparing a higher solids slurry or for spray drying.
