본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 산업부산물을 이용한 경화체 혼합장치가 개시된다. 본 경화체 혼합장치는, 산업부산물이 혼합되도록 하는 교반부재를 포함하고, 상기 교반부재가 회전되도록 하는 회전부; 상기 회전부의 하부에 위치되고, 상기 산업부산물이 유입되어 혼합되는 공간을 제공하는 혼합부; 및 상기 회전부와 상기 혼합부 사이에 위치되어 상기 산업부산물의 혼합 시 상기 산업부산물의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 덮개부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 혼합장치의 구동을 위해 제공되는 하나의 구동력이 회전축과 맞물린 각 기어들을 통해 유동되고, 기어의 유동에 의해 산업부산물과 알칼리 자극제가 반응하여 경화체가 단시간에 균일하게 혼합될 수 있게 되고, 산업현장에서 발생되는 산업부산물을 경화체로 제조함으로써 자원을 효율적으로 재사용할 수 있게 됨으로써 자원의 낭비를 감소할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.

A mixing apparatus has a mixing container disposed in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, preferably standing on a frame, which is open towards the top. The mixing container includes a single-shaft agitator disposed in the lower part of the mixing apparatus. The agitator has a vertically disposed agitator shaft to which is fastened an agitating tool configured as a rotor body which is disposed in the mixing container just above the container base. The single-shaft agitator is a statorless agitator and the rotor body fastened to the agitator shaft is surrounded by an external free space between the rotor body and the container wall of the mixing container. The agitator shaft is adjustable in its spacing distance from the cylinder axis.

A biogas plant contains a fermenter vessel, in which an assembly support is mounted, preferably vertically oriented. An assembly, in particular a submersible motor driven stirrer, is retained by a height adjustment device so as to be vertically adjustable on the assembly support. Accordingly, the height adjustment device is formed by a belt drive of which a traction device is guided around at least two deflecting elements spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the assembly support. At least one of the deflecting elements can be driven in rotation by a driving device and the assembly is coupled to the traction device in such a way that when the deflecting element is rotationally actuated in a first direction the assembly is raised and when the deflecting element is rotationally actuated in a second, opposite direction, the assembly is lowered.
