The present invention relates to a novel polyimide polymer with good insulation property and heat resistance, a method of preparing same, and an organic insulation layer using same. The present invention relates to: a water treatment membrane comprising a porous carbon structure prepared from an intrinsic porous polymer; and a preparation method therefor. According to the present invention, the water treatment membrane comprising a porous carbon structure, in which an intrinsic porous polymer is carbonized, has a high surface area of a porous structure by carbonizing a porous polymer film prepared from an intrinsic porous polymer and exhibits excellent water permeability and salt rejection by having a porous carbon structure with excellent water permeability, thereby being usable for reverse osmosis filtration, nanofiltration or the like in a main water treatment process.
