The physical stability of the hydrogel can be increased by adjusting a cross-linking rate as well as representing a high strontium adsorbing ability by an ion exchange ability due to the sulfone group of the cross-linking agent, and a high strontium and cesium adsorption ability is represented by an ion exchange ability of the copper potassium hexacyanoferrate.
