Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, le système catalyseur de carbonylation peut contenir une dose efficace d'une source de palladium et une dose efficace d'une composition halogénure. It is particularly good at accelerating the hardening of such compositions without impairing stability in storage, and displays little volatility but good compatibility. As a result, the compositions do not tend towards separation or migration or evaporation of the catalyst.

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de despolimerización de una masa de poliuretano, preferentemente, poliuretano termoestable. El procedimiento comprende cuatro etapas principales: i) mezclar la masa de poliuretano con un medio de reacción de despolimerización que comprende un líquido iónico en una proporción igual o superior al 50% p/p respecto al peso total de dicho medio, una superbase como catalizador, y un agente nucleófilo en una proporción igual o inferior al 15% p/p respecto al peso total de dicho medio, sometiendo dicha mezcla a una temperatura entre 50-100ºC durante un tiempo comprendido entre 2 minutos y 10 horas; ii) adicionar una masa de disolvente molecular prótico en una cantidad entre 4 y 40 veces superior al peso del medio de reacción de despolimerización; iii) someter la mezcla del paso ii) a una temperatura entre 20-60ºC durante al menos 1 hora; y, iv) separar las fracciones obtenidas en el paso iii); a saber, una fracción semisólida que comprende al menos una masa de poliol para su reutilización en la síntesis de un nuevo poliuretano, y una fracción líquida monofásica que comprende al menos el líquido iónico y el catalizador básico, para su reutilización en un nuevo proceso de despolimerización de poliuretano.
