A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer operatively connected to the stitches to provide dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. A semiconductor processing apparatus according to the present embodiment is provided with a stage capable of placing a semiconductor substrate thereon and of rotating the semiconductor substrate. A plurality of holders are provided on the stage, to hold an edge of the semiconductor substrate. A plurality of sensors are provided to the plurality of holders, respectively, to detect the edge of the semiconductor substrate. An elevator mechanism is capable of changing heights of the holders. A controller controls the elevator mechanism to change the heights of the holders so that the plurality of sensors detect the edge of the semiconductor substrate. 1. A semiconductor processing apparatus comprising:a stage capable of placing a semiconductor substrate thereon and of rotating the semiconductor substrate;a plurality of holders provided on the stage, the holders holding an edge of the semiconductor substrate;a plurality of sensors provided to the plurality of holders, respectively, the sensors detecting the edge of the semiconductor substrate;an elevator mechanism capable of changing heights of the holders; anda controller controlling the elevator mechanism to change the heights of the holders so that the plurality of sensors detect the edge of the semiconductor substrate.2. The apparatus comprises at least one spray head for directly or indirectly applying to the surface a fluid stream within which the particles are suspended, a housing surrounding the spray head(s) and defining an interior plenum for confining the fluid stream, the housing having a rim adjacent the surface that is configured to prevent egress of particles from a sealing gap defined between the rim of the housing and the surface to be coated, and a suction source connected to the housing to extract from the plenum the sprayed fluid and particles suspended in the sprayed fluid. In operation, the suction source extracts substantially all particles that are not in direct contact with the surface, so as to leave only a substantially single particle layer adhering to the surface on exiting the apparatus.
