На восстанавливаемой поверхности размещают стальную армирующую тканую сетку, приводят во вращение деталь с одновременным пропусканием импульсов сварочного тока, достаточного для нагрева ее поверхности электроконтактным методом до пластичного состояния сплава. Используют тканую сетку, размер ячеек которой не превышает ширины роликового электрода и обеспечивает выдавливание через ячейки разогретого до пластичного состояния материала детали. Второй слой выполняют холодным газодинамическим напылением порошком С-01-01. На тыльную часть лезвия предварительно наносят путем электроискрового легирования спеченный вольфрамо-кобальтовый сплав и затем упрочняющую шихту. Нагревают шихту токами высокой частоты и деформируют затвердевший упрочняющий слой в формообразующем штампе с одновременной оттяжкой лезвия. В качестве упрочняющей шихты используют шихту, содержащую, мас. %: карбид бора 72-82, силикокальций 5-9, флюс П-0,66 – остальное, при этом наносят ее слоем толщиной 0,8-2,5 мм. При деформировании упрочняющего слоя осуществляют его вдавливание в лезвийную поверхность на глубину, равную его толщине, после чего деталь выдерживают при температуре 450-600°С, в течение от 2 до 5 часов, а затем охлаждают на воздухе. Автоскрепление выполняют с давлением, совпадающим по величине с давлением автоскрепления при полной перегрузке и создаваемым на восстанавливаемой внутренней части трубы, с предварительным уплотнением концевых участков упомянутой втулки. Указанную втулку изготавливают с наружным радиусом, меньшим радиуса расточки трубы на величину относительного зазора между внешней поверхностью втулки и расточенной внутренней поверхности трубы. A rail repair method and insert therefor enables repair of rails and rail-like structures. A rail defect is initially identified and removed as contained within a volumetric material portion so as to form a contoured void while maintaining continuity of the rail opposite the void. A pre- formed insert is then placed into the void thereby effecting a rail-to-insert interface. Current is driven through the interface as force directs the insert against the rail. Resistance heat and pressure weld the insert to the rail. The flash welding aspects remove oxides and other impurities from the interface, and the forge welding aspects create a robust solid state weld. Excess material, whether flash, rail, or insert-based, is removed during the finishing processes to provide a virtually seamless rail repair. The solid state weld repair insert and underlying methodology enabled thereby may be used to repair any number of targeted metallic rail-like structures.

A method for repairing rotor blades of an aircraft gas turbine , comprising:removing a damaged portion of a rotor blade tip of each of a group of selected of rotor blades of a rotor, the rotor blades fastened to the rotor, at least one chosen from detachably and in one piece;reconstructing the damaged portion of the rotor blade tip of each of the group of selected rotor blades by laser cladding as follows:rotating the rotor to index the selected rotor blades to a laser-cladding unit;using a laser beam from the laser-cladding unit to heat and melt corresponding limited areas of tips of the rotor blades as each selected rotor blade is indexed at the laser-cladding unit, the laser beam being generated in a certain time interval for each selected rotor blade;supplying a metal powder flow in a certain time interval to the heated and melted corresponding limited areas as each selected rotor blade is indexed at the laser cladding unit to coat the tip of the indexed rotor blade in the corresponding limited area;rotating the rotor to index a further selected rotor blade to the laser-cladding unit and repeating above steps to coat the corresponding limited area of the tip of each selected rotor blade;repositioning the laser beam with respect to the rotor to heat and melt further corresponding limited areas along lengths of the tips of the selected rotor blades and repeating above steps until a desired length selected rotor blade is coated;repositioning the ...

The lower shaft is detachably attached to the upper shaft; and an adsorption nozzle which adsorbs electronic parts mounted on a lower end of the shaft, wherein an air passage connected to the adsorption nozzle is provided in the lower shaft. 1. An adsorption head for a surface mounting device , comprising:a main body;a shaft which moves in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the shaft and rotates around the longitudinal axis mounted on the main body,wherein the shaft comprises a lower shaft and an upper shaft, andwherein the lower shaft is detachably attached to the upper shaft; andan adsorption nozzle which adsorbs electronic parts mounted on a lower end of the shaft,wherein an air passage connected to the adsorption nozzle is provided in the lower shaft.2. The adsorption head of claim 1 , wherein if the lower shaft is detached from the upper shaft claim 1 , the lower shaft is detached from the main body.3. An incubator is fitted with an enclosure which surrounds the incubator. A cold air generation system supplies relatively cold air to a space formed between enclosure and the incubator. A method for forming pockets of a drill bit includes inserting a displacement plug in a cutter pocket defined by a substrate of a drill bit. A hardfacing material is applied to the substrate and the displacement plug using a plasma arc welding torch. The heat from the plasma arc welding torch reduces an oxide layer on the outer surface of the displacement plug, and the molten hardfacing material flows over the displacement plug and wets against the displacement plug. The displacement plug is then removed to reveal a final cutter pocket configured to receive a cutter compact. The cutter compact is secured to the final cutter pocket by brazing. 1. A method for repairing or reinforcing cutter pockets of a drill bit , comprising:inserting a displacement plug in a cutter pocket formed in a substrate of a drill bit; andapplying a hardfacing material, using a plasma arc welding process, to the substrate, the hardfacing material flowing over and contacting a perimeter surface of the displacement plug.2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising heating the displacement plug using the plasma arc welding process such that an oxide layer on the perimeter surface of the displacement plug is reduced.3. An earth-boring tool includes a tool body of a fixed-blade reaming apparatus configured to be coupled within the drilling assembly. The tool body has a longitudinal axis and at least one reamer blade configured to be outwardly extendable for use in an expandable reamer and attachable on a fixed-blade reamer. During the repair of welded two-stage or multi-stage compressor or turbine drums, which after welding are machined in the weld area down to a height A, a first material coating with a height B extending on both sides from the root face is applied to the machined weld area, and a second and lesser material coating is applied by laser welding to the area of plasma pockets formed on the intact rotor disk, with the sum of the heights A and B corresponding to an original height C in the weld area prior to its final machining. Then the defective rotor disk is detached in the root face and through the middle of the first material coating, and after that a new rotor disk already validated in the new construction with the root face validated in the new construction is welded on using appropriate welding parameters, and the weld area is machined, in line with the parameters already used for the new construction, down to the original height A. It is thus possible to provide repaired compressor or turbine drums matching the original component at low expense. 1. The present invention relates to a repair part and to a repair method. The repair part is an elongated part made of a composite material comprising two attached portions forming an angle and holes in each portion arranged in the direction of the line joining both portions. The repair method includes: providing a fragment of a repair part, being long enough to cover the damaged area of the part to be repaired, maintaining a border for fixing the fragment of the repair part; making holes in both portions of the part to be repaired, such that the distance between the centers of consecutive repair holes is the same as the distance between the centers of the consecutive holes; and attaching the fragment of the repair part to the part to be repaired.

A method for inspecting impacts present on an internal face of a fan casing, the method including: spotting a first impact present on the internal face of the fan casing; delimiting an inspection area containing the first impact; spotting the various impacts present in the delimited inspection area, the various spotted impacts forming a set of impacts to be considered; measuring, for each impact that is to be considered, the depth of length of the impact; for each impact to be considered, determining a harmfulness value, using at least one chart relating the depth and length of each impact to be considered to a level of harmfulness; determining, for the inspection area containing the first impact, a total harmfulness value by adding together the harmfulness level determined for each impact to be considered.

The component may be made of a first material. A second material may be introduced into the fluid flow path, and propelled into the location of the leak in the flow path. The metallurgical composition of a machine surface may be determined. Based on the composition of the surface layer and its substrate materials, a mixture of pure metal nanoparticles, each coated with a monomolecular organic layer adsorbed on its surface can be mixed with catalysts, reaction initiators, and/or other necessary ingredients for the repair action of the machine surface, depending on the specific machine, operational type, and/or the nature of the damage. The nanoparticles are applied to the machine surface, the organic monolayer wears away from the nanoparticles under shear stresses and the nanoparticles adhere to the machine surface to form a repair layer on the machine surface, thereby providing a repaired surface. 1. A method of repairing a machine surface , comprising:coating nanoparticles with an organic monolayer having adjustable bonding strength; and applying the nanoparticles with the organic monolayer to the machine surface,wherein the organic monolayer wears away from the nanoparticles under shear stresses and the nanoparticles adhere to the machine surface to form a repaired surface including a repair layer.2. The method of repairing a machine surface according to claim 1 , wherein the nanoparticles are encapsulated in polymeric pouches and the nanoparticles are applied to the machine surface when the polymeric pouches are ruptured by wear on the machine surface.3.
