ПАССАТИЖИ С ОБЖИМОМ ДЛЯ КАПСЮЛЯ-ДЕТОНАТОРА

Пассатижи с обжимом для капсюля-детонатора относятся к специальному ручному инструменту и предназначаются для использования во взрывном и военно-инженерном деле. Пассатижи выполняются как самостоятельный инструмент или составной элемент многофункциональных инструментов и включают два тангенсообразных рычага, шарнирное соединение и губки. Отличаются тем, что в теле губок выполнены выемки, повторяющие поверхность грани полуцилиндра радиусом 3,5 мм, на гранях выемок выполнены выступы, основания которых находятся на расстоянии 1,81 мм друг от друга, а их грани выполняют роль обжимной поверхности и расположены на 1,45 мм друг от друга с радиусом скругления граней 2,8 мм. Расположение выступов образует череду впадин, выполняющих роль контейнеров для складок металла. Общее число выступов и число впадин не менее 6, а на каждой из губок не менее 2 неразделенных выступов и 3 неразделенных впадин. Технический результат состоит в равномерном распределении складок металла оболочки капсуля-детонатора по поверхности концентрической грани оболочки огнепроводного шнура в результате одного нажатия на ручки пассатижей в процессе обжима и, как следствие, повышение скорости и удобства изготовления зажигательной трубки. Задачей устройства является устранение недостатков аналогов и прототипа и повышение надежности соединения проводов, имеющих большую осевую нагрузку на растяжение. Устройство имеет верхний и нижний бранши, которые на обращенных друг к другу поверхностях имеют поперечный сквозной полуцилиндрический канал, выполняющие роль матрицы для трубочки со вставленными в нее проводами. В центральной части полуцилиндрического канала нижнего бранша выполнен овальной формы паз, а в полуцилиндрическом канале верхнего бранша - выступ, который по форме и размеру конгруэнтен с пазом нижнего бранша. С обеих сторон от паза и выступа помещены пуансоны. Нижний бранш жестко соединен с корпусом, имеющим на поперечном сечении форму узкой арки с двумя опорами, между которыми помещена передняя часть ручки верхнего бранша, совмещенная осевым винтом с корпусом нижнего бранша. Верхний бранш жестко соединен с ручкой, а ручка нижнего бранша жестко соединена с его корпусом, в верхней части которого помещен ограничитель движения верхнего бранша. Ручки верхнего и нижнего браншей выполнены в виде встречно открытых желобов, в которые помещена пружина. Для медных проводов применяют медную трубочку, а для алюминиевых - алюминиевую. После окончания соединения проводов трубочку изолируют, например, путем одевания не нее поливинилхлоридового кембрика. Устройство имеет несложную конструкцию. Его использование позволит повысить надежность контакта при соединении проводов и повышает ненадежность этого соединения при осевых нагрузках на разрыв. The two pliers bodies have two pinching heads, two handles, and two pivotal parts. Each of the pivotal parts has a recess and a pivotal hole. A pivotal element goes through the two pivotal holes. The elastic element is disposed in the two recesses and penetrated by the pivotal element. Both urging ends of the elastic element are on opposite sides of the two recesses to urge sidewalls of the recesses, thereby opening the pliers. A buffer region is designed in each of the recesses for the corresponding urging end. When the opening angle of the pliers is greater than that is supported by the elastic element, at least one urging end of the elastic element releases its urging against the recess sidewall and moves in the buffer region. The pliers become relaxed then.

A push button release mechanism for coupling together two portions of a tool, such as pliers. The push button release mechanism can include a push button and one or more balls pushed in a radially-outward direction by geometry of the push button to pivotally couple the two portions together. A cutting implement including a metal substrate and a coating is provided. The coating has zirconium PVD (ZrCRTiNO), which provides protection against corrosion of the metal substrate. In some instances, the zirconium PVD provides protection from corrosion for at least 200 hours. A layer of titanium nitride (TiN) can be added to the coating to increase the hardness of the metal substrate. In such an embodiment, the layer of titanium nitride (TiN) is applied before the zirconium PVD (ZrCRTiNO). Titanium nitride (TiN) coated steel is 3 to 5 times harder than uncoated steel. Thus, a combination of titanium nitride (TiN) and zirconium PVD (ZrCRTiNO) as a coating on a metal substrate can increase the life of the metal substrate by providing increased hardness and anti-corrosive properties.
