A food slicer includes a frame for supporting a landing and a runway, which is movable relative to the landing. A cutting blade is secured on an upstream end of the landing. A separate cutting knife is moveably connected to the frame. An adjustment mechanism is connected to the frame to adjust an offset between the cutting blade and the runway. A slicing assembly slices food into a plurality of slices of a selectable thickness in one motion. The assembly includes a base configured to be positioned on a support surface such that a food item is positionable on a top of the base. A selectable one of a plurality of cutting members is interchangeably coupled to the base such that the selected one of the cutting members is movably coupled to the top of the base. Each cutting member has a respective plurality of slicers. PURPOSE: An automatic cutting apparatus of bean curd is provided to cut bean curd contained in a container without damage to contents and to improve overall productivity by reducing the processing time. CONSTITUTION: A length cutting device and a cross cutting device are arranged in line with a constant gap. An actuator support stand(13) and an actuator are installed on the frame part of the apparatus. A cutter support stand(15) is connected to a load of the actuator and to ascend and descend. Multiple cutters(16) are perpendicularly arranged in line while maintaining a constant gap, and cut the content. A block holder(17) is installed on the bottom of the cutter support stand. Multiple cutter blocks(18) are tightly contained within the block holder. A slide assembly(19) is interlocked between the load of an actuator and the cutter support stand. Multiple side bars(22) are perpendicularly penetrated into the cutter support stand. A guide device is elastically supported by a spring(23), and holds the upper part of a container in the cutting operation. A locating pin determines the position of the cutting device before the cutting operation. A driving part(35) comprises a combination of a cam and a link(28), and is supported by a linear motion guide device(26) for right-and-left transfer. The link and a connection rod(29), which are connected to each other, are connected and installed between brackets(42) which are positioned on one side of the cam and the actuator support stand in a pin structure.
