The pneumatic control system has a compressed air feed (1) and individual jacks (11, 12) which operate the clutch-lever and brake-pedal. Primary (8), secondary (6) and tertiary (13) distributors are included in the compressed air control circuit. When piloted, the primary distributor feeds the clutch jack. The secondary distributor is recoil sprung, and when not piloted, furnishes piloting pressure to the primary distributor. When piloted this secondary distributor activates both jacks, and can only be piloted by simultaneous continuous pressure on two interspaced control (5) buttons. The tertiary distributor is piloted when the tool attains the upper 'dead' point and annuls the piloting of the primary distributor.
