A floor brace has an upper end joined to a rear end of a cowl-to brace, is placed to incline toward a rear side of a vehicle, from the upper end toward a lower end, and has the lower end joined to a side wall of a floor tunnel. The rear end of the cowl-to brace and the upper end of the floor brace include overlap portions which overlap each other in a front-and-rear direction of the vehicle.
