Способ изготовления упаковки, состоящей из упаковочного лотка и крышки, при осуществлении которого упаковочный лоток закрывают крышкой, а затем на упаковке формуют соединение, соединяющее крышку с упаковочным лотком с геометрическим замыканием. Соединения формуют с помощью средства для выдавливания, которое взаимодействует с контропорой, которую по завершении процесса формования соединений поворачивают вокруг ее оси и опускают. Предусмотрена также упаковочная машина для изготовления упаковки. A moisture-tight, re-sealable container is disclosed having a lid and body. The lid and body have a non-round seal that is substantially moisture tight when the lid is seated on the body, admitting less than 1000 micrograms per day of water to a package. A reinforcement stiffens or reinforces at least a portion of the seal against inward deflection along an axis defined by the minor diameter when the lid is seated on the body. Optionally the reinforcement is at least one spline subdividing the reservoir. A method of making dispensers for objects of varying length to customize particular dispensers to dispense such objects of a particular length is also disclosed.

Lidded container

In a container having a lid member coupled to a container body by a hinge, the lid member has a top panel, and an inner ring formed on the top panel, the inner ring being fitted to an inner peripheral surface of a sidewall of the container body in a closed state to seal the container body. The inner ring has an outer peripheral surface on which an outer peripheral surface projection is formed along a circumferential direction, and the container body has an inner peripheral surface on which an inner peripheral surface projection is formed along the circumferential direction, in the vicinity of an end portion of the sidewall. Paper closures for paper containers

A container has a fibrous lid ( 100 ) and vessel ( 110 ) that have mutually mating raised beads ( 104, 112 ). The beads are preferably formed in rings, which in the case of the lid is positioned on the underside of the cap, and in the case of the vessel is positioned at the mouth of the vessel. Also in preferred embodiments, the beads can have outward curls, inward curls, or have a split formation. Both lid and vessel are preferably made of at least 85 wt % paper. The non-paper percentages can advantageously comprise one or more of glues, adhesives, films, and/or moisture barriers, and in most preferred embodiments, the moisture barrier is also an adhesive.

Disclosed are rigid multi-compartment recloseable packages. A package may comprise a rigid tray comprising a product surface to hold food products. The tray may comprise a raised lip along a perimeter of the product surface to laterally secure the food products thereon. The tray may have a tray skirt horizontally extending outward from a top edge of the lip, and dividing features upwardly extending from the product surface to form distinct compartments on the product surface for receiving the food products therein. Furthermore, such an exemplary package also comprises a recloseable rigid lid having an upper surface substantially coextensive with the product surface, and at least one sidewall downwardly extending from the upper surface. The lid may also comprise a lid skirt horizontally extending outward from a bottom edge of the at least one sidewall, where the lid skirt is coextensive and complimentary in shape with the tray skirt.

A removable lid for a drinking cup is described. The removable lid has a top side with an ellipsoidal recession having a bottom opening. A baffle wall extends from the perimeter of the bottom opening, and is configured to prevent a beverage from passing through the bottom opening upon sudden movement of the beverage. The ellipsoidal recession may be designed so that a hot beverage being consumed through the removable lid is exposed to more outside air for cooling purposes. The inner plate lies between the outer plate and the end of the cask when the cap is in place on the end of the cask. A layered or ridged spacer can separate the plates, and can permit fluid transfer in the space between the plates. The inner plate can be resistant to vapour transfer, and can be pressed against the outer surface of the end of the cask when the cap is in place on the end of the cask, and leaves an annular area of the end of the cask uncovered.

A container is provided. The container has a lid and a tray. The lid has a contiguous array of walls extending therefrom. The tray has a recess for receiving soft food material. The recess is sized to receive the array of walls of the lid. The tray has a contiguous array of ridges corresponding to the array of walls of the lid. A top surface of the ridges of the tray contact a bottom surface of the walls of the lid when mated to form sealed compartments. A sealing mechanism is provided along a perimeter of at least one of the lid and the tray sealing the lid and the tray along perimeters thereof, and restricting separation of the bottom surface of the walls of the lid from the top surface of the ridges of the tray when mated. At least one of the lid and the tray is formed from a flexible material so that the lid and the tray can be partially separated to remove a food portion formed in one of the compartments without breaking all of the seals of the compartments.

Beverage cup lid for suspending a can in the cup interior

A lid is provided which permits a user to drink from a beverage can suspended within the interior of a disposable coffee cup. The user can thereby drink from the beverage can without the user's lips touching the can surface. Also it appears to an observer that the user is drinking from the disposable cup, not the beverage can, and also the beverage can is insulated to keep it cold. According to one embodiment, the lid has a standard outer circumference which engages and seals with the rim of the disposable cup. It also has an inner circular attachment ring attached to the lower inner surface of the lid which has tabs to grasp the rim of the beverage can and form an upper chamber through which the beverage can flow from the beverage can opening to the lid's drinking aperture. A gasket seals the circumference of the circular ring against the beer can. Thus the beverage can is suspended in the interior of the coffee cup and the beverage flows from the beverage can through the lid aperture when the cup is tipped.
