The body has a front with an opening, an opposite back, a bin upon the back, a left side and an opposite right side spanning from the front to the back, a toothed rack on each side, a spindle assembly between the two racks, and a base beneath the front, the back, and the two sides. The lid rests upon the front, the back, the left side, and the right side in a spacing above the base. Each spindle of the assembly receives a roll of wrapping paper, oriented parallel to the front. Each spindle has an end cap and an opposite movable cap engaging a dock upon a cover. The spindles rotate upon gears with the spindle assembly upon the racks. A packing paper supply apparatus for use with a coin packing machine which packs several kinds of coins with packing paper supplied from the supply apparatus. This supply apparatus includes a carriage which is accommodated in the machine body and which is charged with several kinds of the packing paper for the kinds of coins to be packed. A corresponding number of stoppers such as pins or recesses are provided in the outer periphery of the carriage and are arranged to correspond to the kinds of the packing paper. Drive means including an electric motor and a power train of belt and pulley type is used to drive the carriage so that it may rotate. An actuating member such as a bail having its extending end provided with a hook or roller is resiliently biased into abutment contact with one of the stoppers and can be brought into and out of engagement with the selected stopper in a manual manner so that the packing paper selected may be held in its supply position. Electric control means is used to control the driving operation of the electric motor of the drive means so that the electric motor may be abruptly stopped to hold the selected packing paper in the supply position.

Placing angles of the placing beds are unequally formed in a manner such that the lower surface of each adjacently preceding bed is positioned as close as possible to the inner upper edge portion of the roll placed on the succeeding bed. The device further has a cutting device adapted to cut the wrapping paper by utilization of tension produced in the wrapping paper.

A web material dispenser includes a housing and a pivotable roll support assembly provided therein. A first mandrel is provided at a first attachment location of the roll support assembly to support a first roll of web material. A second mandrel is provided at a second location of the roll support assembly to support a second roll of web material. The web material dispenser permits one-handed operation to replace the rolls of web material and to change positions of the mandrels within the dispenser. The roll support assembly may have a linkage arm and/or a roll support arm. Positions of the first and second mandrels relative to the dispenser's opening can be switched by pivoting the linkage arm relative to the housing and by pivoting the roll support arm relative to the linkage arm. A method for switching positions of rolls in the web material dispenser is also provided.
