A thermal sprayed coating of a jig for producing a glass sheet, to be used for a jig for producing glass to be in contact with a glass sheet at a temperature of at least the strain point, which comprises tungsten carbide; at least one metal carbide selected from the group consisting of titanium carbide, zirconium carbide, hafnium carbide, niobium carbide, tantalum carbide, chromium carbide and molybdenum carbide; a metal containing Ni; and inevitable impurities, and a jig for producing a glass sheet comprising the thermal sprayed coating.

The present invention relates to a jig for loading a plate glass for a tempered glass manufacturing apparatus capable of preventing shaking, which can stably transfer a plate glass in a tempered glass manufacturing apparatus since damage to the plate glass caused by shaking of a jig can be prevented by preventing generation of shaking of the jig due to the difference in height between a plurality of hanging units when the plate glass required with reinforcement is lifted to a lifting hanging unit of a jig transfer unit in the tempered glass manufacturing apparatus which can be chemically reinforced. To this end, the jig for loading a plate glass has a rectangular frame structure including a plurality of upper and lower plate frames used for loading a plate glass in a tempered glass manufacturing apparatus for reinforcing a glass by being sequentially transferred to a preheating tank, a reinforcing tank, a slow cooling tank, and a water cooling tank, and a plurality of side plate frames for vertically connecting the upper and lower plate frames. The upper frames include an outer frame for forming an outer edge of the jig and a connection frame for reinforcing a gap between the outer frames in a horizontal or vertical direction. Also, a hanger to which a lifting hanging unit of a jig transfer unit is fastened, is coupled to extent to the connection frame at a certain point thereof. The hanger includes: a guide block coupled to a lower side of the connection frame, and having an accommodation space formed at the center thereof; an elastic unit accommodated in the guide block, and fixed to the connection frame; and a fastening block accommodated inside the guide block, fixed to a lower end part of the elastic unit, and having the lifting hanging unit fastened thereto.
