The present invention provides a temperature control and vacuum treatment device for stabilizing a secondary battery. According to the present invention, a tray in which multiple secondary batteries are set is placed into a vacuum chamber in which the degree of vacuum is controlled. So, a process of repeatedly charging and discharging during a process of manufacturing the secondary battery is performed in the vacuum chamber, and all batteries which are set maintain the same degree of vacuum. Also, gas bubbles and impurities included in an electrolyte charged in a can are removed at a predetermined temperature. So, the battery is stabilized and has high reliability.
