The invention provides a method for producing bioinert biocompatible diamond particles/polymer composites or any other matrix (e.g. glass, metal, plastic, ceramic and more)/diamond particle composites, even if not biocompatible with outstanding mechanical, tribological, and biological properties, the method comprising selecting a polymer having a melting temperature below about 300 C; mixing diamond particles with the polymer to form a liquid mixture, poring the liquid diamond particle/polymer or any other diamond particle/matrix composite in liquid form into a mold and then causing the composite to sinter with the diamond particles densely and uniformly distributed through the bulk and surface of the composite, such that the diamond particles distributed on the surface can form a diamond layer covering the surface.

The present invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon composite and use thereof, including components: 55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin; 1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and 0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of the phenolic substance to the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite, phosphorus precipitation can be effectively inhibited, and a phosphine precipitation amount can be reduced to 30 ppm or less, while good electrical performances can be maintained, which is applicable in fields of connectors, contactors, etc. in electronic appliances. 1. A flame-retardant nylon composite , comprising the following components in parts by weight:55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin;1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance.2. The flame-retardant nylon composite according to claim 1 , wherein the phenolic substance is one or more of 2 claim 1 ,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone claim 1 , o-methylhydroquinone claim 1 , and 2-methylphenol.3. The invention provides a polytrimethylene terephthalate composition, which stabilizes the process in the production of a fiber having small single-fiber fineness by melt-spinning, and is suitable for obtaining a fiber with reduced fluffing.

A reliable method for producing thermoplastic black color clean flame retardant insulation material for wire and cable without deterioration of mechanical properties is discussed.
