Provided is a polychloroprene latex that shows favorable low-temperature stability without deterioration in the rubber agglutinating property during production of the dip-molded article, a rubber composition, and a dip-molded article, prepared by using the same. Prepared is a polychloroprene latex of a chloroprene copolymer obtained by polymerization of raw monomers at least containing chloroprene and 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene, which is dispersed in water, wherein the 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene content in the raw monomers is controlled to 1 to 30 mass % and the potassium ion content is adjusted to 0.7 to 1.5 parts by mass and the sodium ion content to 0.2 part or less by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid matter. In addition, a metal oxide: 1 to 10 parts by mass, sulfur: 0.1 to 3 parts by mass, an aging inhibitor: 0.1 to 5 parts by mass and a surfactant: 0.1 to 10 parts by mass, respectively with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid matter, were added to the chloroprene latex, to give a rubber composition.

A coating comprises a resin solution including a solution of neoprene latex and liquid asphalt emulsion and an accelerator solution including an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate powder and water. A spray system for applying the coating includes a spray gun having first and second nozzles, a first pump fluidly connected between the first nozzle and a resin solution reservoir for delivering the resin solution to the first nozzle at a first fluid pressure, and a second pump fluidly connected between the second nozzle and an accelerator solution reservoir for delivering the accelerator solution to the second nozzle at a second fluid pressure different from the first pressure. The accelerator solution may be aerated by a source of compressed air prior to discharge from the second nozzle. 1. A method of applying a coating to a surface , comprising:a) providing a spray gun with first and second nozzles;b) discharging a resin solution from the first nozzle at a first fluid pressure;c) aerating an accelerator solution with compressed air;d) discharging the accelerator solution from the second nozzle at a second fluid pressure;e) combining the discharged resin solution with the discharged accelerator solution before application to the surface; andf) substantially curing the combined resin and accelerator solutions before application to the surface.2. An integrated air barrier assembly is provided as an integral product in which a fastener-sealing layer is secured between opposed surfaces of a board and an anti-blocking facing layer. The assembly exhibits good fastener sealability, including for larger self-drilling screws. The anti-blocking facing layer maintains the fastener-sealing layer inward of the environment and prevents blocking or sticking of the assembly when stacked. In some embodiments, the anti-blocking facing layer can be a metal film or foil, which can reflect heat away from the fastener-sealing layer, thereby maintaining a lower temperature on the fastener-sealing layer. In some embodiments, the board can be an insulating layer or wood layer. The assembly can be readily installed in a single step during construction. 1. An integrated air barrier assembly comprising:a board including a first surface and a second surface;a fastener-sealing layer comprising a liquid-applied coating composition adhered on one of the first surface or the second surface of the board, the fastener-sealing layer having a glass transition temperature of equal to or less than 40° F. and a thickness ranging from 1 mils to 50 mils; andan anti-blocking facing layer adhered on a surface of the fastener-sealing layer opposite the board, wherein the anti-blocking facing layer is chosen from a fiberglass mat, an aluminum foil, a fabric layer, or a paper layer, or a combination thereof.2. Said waterproof material comprises a component A and a component B. The component B is a coagulant solution formulated by adding water to calcium chloride, sodium chloride and a composite aluminum-iron polymer. The component A comprises 30 to 50 parts of a polymer latex, 50 to 70 parts of an emulsified asphalt, 5 to 30 parts of a reinforcing aid, and 0.3 to 1.5 parts of other aid. The reinforcing aid is a nano silica sol. The other aid is one or more of an antioxidant, a light stabilizer, a mildew preventive and a defoamer. The polymer latex is selected from latexes having a high gel content, and a nano silica sol is added into the component A. After film formation, the tensile strength is ≥ 1.2 MPa, the elongation is ≥ 1000%, and the bonding strength is ≥ 0.8 Mpa. The waterproofing material has good high and low-temperature performance, is resistant to acids, alkali and salts, has good weather resistant performance, and still has good waterproof property even if the plaster layer and the decorative layer are cracked.

Further, biocides – copper oxide and polyhexamethylene guanidine and technical carbon – are added to the obtained colophony solution. Provided is a polychloroprene latex that shows favorable low-temperature stability without deterioration in the rubber agglutinating property during production of the dip-molded article, a rubber composition, and a dip-molded article, prepared by using the same. Prepared is a polychloroprene latex of a chloroprene copolymer obtained by polymerization of raw monomers at least containing chloroprene and 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene, which is dispersed in water, wherein the 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene content in the raw monomers is controlled to 1 to 30 mass % and the potassium ion content is adjusted to 0.7 to 1.5 parts by mass and the sodium ion content to 0.2 part or less by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid matter. In addition, a metal oxide: 1 to 10 parts by mass, sulfur: 0.1 to 3 parts by mass, an aging inhibitor: 0.1 to 5 parts by mass and a surfactant: 0.1 to 10 parts by mass, respectively with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid matter, were added to the chloroprene latex, to give a rubber composition.
