After an adhesive sheet is pasted on a semiconductor wafer, an adhesive of the sheet increases tight attachment to the semiconductor wafer because wetting spreads over time. Due to this, at the time of peeling the adhesive sheet from the ground semiconductor wafer, the semiconductor wafer used to be damaged. This phenomenon is likely to occur for a thinner semiconductor wafer. The present invention resides in an adhesive sheet including a substrate and an adhesive layer disposed on the substrate. The substrate is formed of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 10% by mass or less. The adhesive layer contains 100 parts by mass of a (meth)acrylate ester copolymer, 1 to 10 parts by mass of a cross-linker, 0.05 to 5 parts by mass of a silicone compound. The (meth)acrylate ester copolymer is formed of a copolymer produced by polymerizing a (meth)acrylate ester monomer and a functional-group-containing monomer.

Provided are an epoxy composition, an adhesive film, a dicing die bonding film and a semiconductor device using the same. Specifically, the epoxy composition and a use thereof are provided, wherein the epoxy composition has a gel content of 5˜20%, measured under certain conditions. The epoxy composition according to the present invention, as an adhesive agent, shows excellent elastic properties, when prepared to have a low glass transition temperature, exhibiting good adhesion at high temperature and having minimal occurrence of burrs during processing. According to the present invention, it is therefore possible to prevent defects owing to die cut shift, during a wire bonding or molding process at high temperature, and obtain a highly reliable semiconductor device owing to the excellent adhesiveness and workability of the adhesive agent.

An adhesive composition for a polarizing plate has good initial curing and an adhesive property. The present invention provides an adhesive composition comprising a tertiary amine group-containing acrylic copolymer and a sulfonate group-containing acrylic copolymer, a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device comprising the adhesive composition. The adhesive composition of the present invention comprises a tertiary amine group-containing acrylic copolymer and a sulfonate group-containing acrylic copolymer wherein an ionic functional group can be introduced by cross-linking reaction thereof, thereby exhibiting good antistatic properties and excellent durability. 1. An adhesive composition comprising a tertiary amine group-containing acrylic copolymer and a sulfonate group-containing acrylic copolymer.2. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the tertiary amine group-containing acrylic copolymer is obtained by copolymerization of a (meth)acrylate monomer and a monomer simultaneously containing an unsaturated double bond and a tertiary amine group within the molecule.3. The adhesive composition of claim 2 , wherein the monomer simultaneously containing an unsaturated double bond and a tertiary amine group within the molecule is a (meth)acrylate containing a tertiary amine group.4. The adhesive composition of claim 2 , wherein the monomer simultaneously containing an unsaturated double bond and a tertiary amine group within the molecule is present in an amount of 1 to 20 wt % based on 100 wt % of the tertiary amine group-containing acrylic copolymer.6. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the sulfonate group-containing acrylic copolymer is obtained by copolymerization of a (meth)acrylate monomer and a monomer simultaneously containing an unsaturated double bond and a sulfonate group within the molecule.7. The adhesive composition of claim 6 , wherein the monomer simultaneously containing an unsaturated double bond and a sulfonate group within the molecule is a (meth)acrylate containing a sulfonate group.8.
