From 1 to 5 weight percent itaconic acid and from 1.5 to 17 weight percent hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate are used to improve the combinations of tack and shear strength in these adhesive polymers. With an optional tackifier, these polymers are found especially useful in pressure sensitive adhesive applications.

The PSA sheet comprises a substrate film formed from a resin material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on a first face thereof, and an antistatic layer provided between the first face and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The antistatic layer comprises an antistatic ingredient ASu. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises an acrylic polymer as a base polymer, and an ionic compound as an antistatic ingredient ASp.

A composition of matter , comprising:an ultraviolet (UV) and thermally curable, non-epoxy acrylic adhesive having a concentration in the range of 5 to 30 weight percent of the composition; andconductive metal particles in the range of 70 to 95 weight percent of the composition.2. The composition of matter of claim 1 , wherein the conductive metal particles comprises one selected from the group consisting of: silver claim 1 , copper claim 1 , gold claim 1 , titanium claim 1 , and alloys of silver claim 1 , copper claim 1 , titanium claim 1 , and gold.3. The composition of matter of claim 1 , wherein the UV and thermally curable claim 1 , non-epoxy acrylic adhesive has a concentration of 20 percent of the composition and the conductive metal particles has a concentration of 80 percent of the composition.4. The composition of matter of claim 1 , wherein the composition of matter has a viscosity in the range of 12 claim 1 ,000 to 18 claim 1 ,000 centipoise.5. The composition of matter of claim 1 , wherein the composition of matter has a hardness in the range of 85 to 95 on the Shore D hardness scale.6. Provided is a double-faced PSA sheet having excellent detergent resistance. The PSA sheet according to this invention comprises a PSA layer and is adhesive on both faces. The PSA sheet shows a push-peel strength of 30 N/cmor greater after a detergent immersion test involving immersion in a standard detergent at 40° C. for 24 hours. It also has an adhesive strength retention rate of 50% or higher, determined as the ratio of push-peel strength P after the detergent immersion test to push-peel strength P before the detergent immersion test. 1.
