Disclosed are a base material composition for a foam tape which has high foam stability and excellent peel strength, a foam tape prepared using the same, and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the base material composition for a foam tape comprises an acrylic monomer, a radical initiator, a cross-linking agent, a porous filler, and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant comprises 60-90 wt % of a siloxane-based polymer and 10-40 wt % of a non-siloxane-based polymer. A foam tape prepared thereby is economical compared with conventional foam tapes, is free from a deteriorating adhesive force, and has excellent foam stability.

The adhesive composition of claim 4 , wherein the monomer component comprises the hydrophilic functional group-containing monomer in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer.6. Provided are an epoxy composition, an adhesive film, a dicing die bonding film and a semiconductor device using the same. Specifically, the epoxy composition and a use thereof are provided, wherein the epoxy composition has a gel content of 5˜20%, measured under certain conditions. The epoxy composition according to the present invention, as an adhesive agent, shows excellent elastic properties, when prepared to have a low glass transition temperature, exhibiting good adhesion at high temperature and having minimal occurrence of burrs during processing. According to the present invention, it is therefore possible to prevent defects owing to die cut shift, during a wire bonding or molding process at high temperature, and obtain a highly reliable semiconductor device owing to the excellent adhesiveness and workability of the adhesive agent.

An acrylic foam adhesive tape comprising:an acrylic foam layer formed by curing a composition for forming an acrylic foam layer; andan adhesive layer being in contact with one surface of the acrylic foam layer,wherein shear strength of the acrylic foam layer is 5 kg/cm2 to 15 kg/cm2.2. The acrylic foam adhesive tape of claim 1 , wherein only one adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the acrylic foam adhesive tape.3. The acrylic foam adhesive tape of claim 1 , wherein the composition for forming an acrylic foam layer is a composition including a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer claim 1 , a polar functional group-containing monomer claim 1 , and a photo-cross-linking agent claim 1 , or includes a polymerized compound of the (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer claim 1 , the polar functional group-containing monomer claim 1 , and the photo-cross-linking agent polymerized by photo polymerization claim 1 , thermal polymerization claim 1 , or dual polymerization of photo polymerization and thermal polymerization.4. Disclosed are a base material composition for a foam tape which has high foam stability and excellent peel strength, a foam tape prepared using the same, and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the base material composition for a foam tape comprises an acrylic monomer, a radical initiator, a cross-linking agent, a porous filler, and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant comprises 60-90 wt % of a siloxane-based polymer and 10-40 wt % of a non-siloxane-based polymer. The present invention relates to an adhesive film for protecting a wafer including an adhesive layer formed on one surface of a substrate film. Provided is a laminate comprising a composite first adhesive layer in which a printed portion is embedded within an adhesive portion. The laminate can solve the bending phenomenon caused by raised parts, have a reduced thickness, allow manufacturing thereof due to a simplified process, and remedy problems arising from faulty lamination. 1.
