Der anhaftende erste Flüssigkeitsfilm wird gehärtet, um den festen Film auf der Lagerkomponente auszubilden. Das Wälzlager, das die Lagerkomponente mit dem darauf ausgebildeten festen Film einschließt, wird gedreht. Das Wälzlager wird in einem Waschfluid gewaschen, das dasselbe Schmiermittel wie das im Haftschritt verwendete enthält, und man lässt das Waschfluid als einen zweiten Flüssigkeitsfilm an die Lagerkomponente anhaften. Der anhaftende zweite Flüssigkeitsfilm wird dann getrocknet.

The present disclosure provides an antiwear composition including molybdenum dithiocarbamate and an additional antiwear agent including at least one non-zinc-based antiwear additive. The present disclosure further provides a lubricating composition or hydraulic oil that includes at least one lubricating base oil and an antiwear composition (such as, a non-zinc-based or substantially zinc-free antiwear agent) including an effective amount of molybdenum dithiocarbamate. The disclosure also provides methods of making and using the same. 1. An antiwear composition comprising:an effective amount of molybdenum dithiocarbamate; andan effective amount of at least one non-zinc-based antiwear agent.2. 本发明公开了一种纳米氟化石墨润滑油及其制备方法,所述纳米氟化石墨润滑油由下列重量份数的组分组成:基础油250‑350份,清净剂10‑15份,分散剂5‑18份,泡沫抑制剂3‑10份,黏度指数改进剂5‑15份,纳米氟化石墨15‑30份,乳化剂1‑2份,极压抗磨剂10‑25份,降凝剂2‑5份,醇类3‑9份。本发明制得的纳米氟化石墨润滑油,纳米氟化石墨本身的层状结构容易滑动,摩擦因数小,具有优异的润滑性能。由于氟化石墨在润滑油中高度稳定分散,分散均匀,且为纳米级别,粒径很小,容易进入摩擦区域,在压力下会沉积在磨损表面微观摩擦区域,起到自修复作用,有优异的极压和抗磨性能,能够适应高温极压等苛刻环境条件,对环境友好。
