A composition for the treatment of surfaces including leather, vinyl, painted surfaces, fiberglass, and rubber is provided. The surface treatment composition is particularly effective as an interior/exterior vehicle and facility surface dressing. The composition is also biodegradable, non-carcinogenic, non-flammable and environmentally benign. The qualities that make this composition superior to other surface treatments are its long lasting protection, shining effects, fabric breathability (where applicable) and quick drying after application. The surface treatment has an appearance similar to mineral oil silicone-based compositions but can last for years rather than days or weeks. The sepiolite is a fibrous mineral containing chain structures having lots of micropores so that the sepiolite can reduce the tackiness of the paint due to reaction with the particles of the paint in such a manner to adsorb the particles in the micropores thereof. Since both the particles of the paint and the particles of the sepiolite are negatively charged, when the cationic polymer or the amphoteric metal compound is added in combination with the sepiolite, the electrical repulsion is reduced so that the particles of the paint become easy to be adsorbed to improve the effect of the reduction in the tackiness.

本发明公开了一种高浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法。该洗衣片包括以下按重量份数计的组分:表面活性剂50‑80份,粘接剂0.01‑15份,润湿剂0‑10份,润滑剂0.01‑10份,辅料0.001‑5份。制备方法:步骤1,称取各组分,将粘接剂分散于润湿剂中,再溶解于水中得组合物一;步骤2,将润滑剂和辅料混合均匀后,再加入表面活性剂得组合物二;步骤3,将组合物一喷洒至组合物二中,并不断搅拌得组合物三;步骤4,将组合物三通过压片机压制得半成品;步骤5,将半成品分段干燥,干燥温度为35‑95℃,当含水率在10%以内时停止干燥,分拣,包装即可。本发明洗衣片制备过程简单,周期短,成本低,且去污效果理想,方便运输。

PURPOSE: Provided is a particulate non-ionic detergent composition, which has excellent flowability, solubility, cleaning power and bio-degradability and includes a decreased amount of particles having relatively large size. CONSTITUTION: The high-density non-ionic detergent composition comprises 15-40 wt% of a non-ionic surfactant, 1-10 wt% of a fatty acid salt, 10-50 wt% of a water soluble inorganic builder and 20-70 wt% of crystalline aluminosilicate, and has an apparent density of 0.6-1.1 g/ml. The detergent composition is obtained by mixing the non-ionic surfactant, water soluble inorganic builder and crystalline aluminosilicate through the steps of: (1) forming a mixture containing the non-ionic surfactant and the water soluble inorganic builder in the amount of 2/3 or more of its total amount in the composition; (2) forming a mixture containing the non-ionic surfactant and the crystalline aluminosilicate in the amount of 2/3 or more of its total amount in the composition; and (3) mixing the composition obtained from step (1) and the composition obtained from step (2).

A process for washing a substrate. The process involves providing a detergent composition that includes a surfactant and an antifoam. The antifoam comprises a hydrophobic fluid having a surface tension of at least 27 mN/m and less than 40 mN/m and a finely divided solid hydrophobic filler dispersed in the hydrophobic fluid. The process further involves washing the substrate in an aqueous medium with the detergent composition. The antifoam does not affect foaming during the washing step. During the washing step, the detergent composition is applied to the substrate. The process further involves rinsing the substrate with the applied detergent composition with water, whereby foaming during the rinsing step is inhibited.

The particles have an average particle size greater than 100 nm up to about 50 µm and a hydrophobicity measured by a contact angle between about 20 to 140.
