The present invention relates to compositions, methods of making and their use as cleaning composition, as antimicrobials and/or bleaching agent having improved storage stability and effective at lower concentration, wherein the liquid, storage stable composition comprises a mixture of: a) a sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid, b) a Cto Cpercarboxylic acid, c) a Cto Cpercarboxylic acid, d) a peroxide agent, e) a hydrotrope, f) an acidulant, g) a liquid; wherein the composition comprises free sulfocarboxylic acid, free Cto Ccarboxylic acid and free Cto Ccarboxylic acid. 1. A liquid , storage stable composition comprising a mixture of:a) a sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid,{'sub': 1', '4, 'b) a Cto Cpercarboxylic acid,'}{'sub': 5', '10, 'c) a Cto Cpercarboxylic acid,'}d) a peroxide agent,e) a hydrotrope,f) an acidulant,{'sub': 1', '4', '5', '10, 'g) a liquid; wherein the composition comprises free sulfocarboxylic acid, free Cto Ccarboxylic acid and free Cto Ccarboxylic acid.'}2. The present disclosure is related to non-alpha-substituted, low molecular weight peracid compositions. The peracids have no or a negligible amount of odor, have good stability, and have antimicrobial properties. The peracid compositions can be formulated into a wide variety of end use products, including disinfectants, sanitizers, sporicides, fungicides, laundry products, hard surface cleaners, bleaching agents, personal cleansers, and water treatment products. 2. Described herein are peracetic compositions, methods and kits for the disruption and/or the removal of bacterial biofilms. The compositions comprise (i) peracetic acid; (ii) at least one secondary acid; and (iii) a non-foaming surfactant. One of the methods comprises contacting, preferably for at least 5 min, a surface with such a peracetic such a peracetic composition. Another method comprises circulating such a composition into a piping system for a period of time providing for disruption and/or removal from the biofilm. Kits may comprise bottles of concentrated solutions to be mixed and dilute with water before use. These compositions, methods and kits are particularly useful to remove bacterial biofilms from enclosed surfaces such as piping systems that are commonly used in the food and beverages industries.

The present disclosure is directed to a fibrous construct having an ester substrate, a first web comprising a plurality of first water soluble fibers and a perhydrolase and a second web comprising a plurality of second water soluble fibers and an oxidizing agent. The perhydrolase is encapsulated in the first water soluble fibers and is present in an amount from 0.1 to 40 wt % based on the total weight of the first web. The oxidizing agent is encapsulated in the second water soluble fibers and the first water soluble fibers and the second water soluble fibers are solution spun water soluble fibers. A method for enhancing bleaching efficacy for treatment of articles, including for example laundry is disclosed. Methods for antimicrobial disinfecting and/or sanitizing and bleaching laundry and other articles is provided by washing the articles with a peroxyformic acid composition at a first pH for effective antimicrobial efficacy, thereafter applying an alkaline source to increase the pH for addition of a bleaching component. The methods can be provided as part of a laundry operation and can be utilized in industrial and commercial applications. 1. A method of antimicrobial treatment sanitizing and/or disinfecting and bleaching laundry , the method comprising:a. washing the laundry with a peroxyformic acid composition at a pH range from about 4 to about 7 in a laundry washing machine for effective antimicrobial efficacy on the laundry, wherein there is optionally a draining of the peroxyformic acid composition before adding the alkalinity step; thereafterb. adding an alkalinity source to the washing machine to increase the pH range to at least about 7 in the laundry washing machine, wherein there is optionally a draining step before adding the chlorine bleach; thereafterc. applying a chlorine bleach component in the laundry washing machine; andd. draining the peroxyformic acid composition and the chlorine bleach component from the laundry.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the laundry washing machine is an industrial machine or a consumer machine.3. A peroxyacid antimicrobial concentrate and use composition is provided comprising a C 1 to C 4 peroxycarboxylic acid or a C 1 to C 4 peroxycarboxylic acid combined with a C 6 to C 18 peroxyacid in beverage processing. The combination of these materials produces a synergistic effect, providing a much more potent biocide than can be obtained by using these components separately. Other components can be added to the composition such as hydrotrope coupling agents, stabilizers, etc. An effective antimicrobial use solution is formed at low concentrations when the concentrate composition is diluted with water to a pH in the range of about 2 to 8. Sanitizing of substantially fixed, “in-place” processing lines in dairies, breweries, and other food and beverage processing operations is one utility of the composition. Another utility is in processes including aseptic cold filling of beverage containers such as cans, glass bottles or two liter PET bottles.

A solid cleaning composition comprises a source of active oxygen agent within a binder complex. The solid is formed by a binding agent that forms the ingredients into a solid. The binding agent is a composition formed by the solidification of a mixture of an organic sequestrant, including phosphonate or aminocarboxylic acid or mixtures thereof, an active oxygen compound, and water. The solid composition can be dissolved in an aqueous solution creating an aqueous concentrate of the active oxygen at a useful concentration. The binding agent can also be used to bind additional functional materials and form a solid cleaning composition comprising the source of stabilized active oxygen as well as the additional functional material.
