FIELD: machine building. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile machine building, in particular to devices for winding of warp threads on reeling machine. Proposed device comprises reel roller in contact with coiling roll and thread density adjustment device. Shafts of reeling and packing rollers are rigidly fixed relative to each other. Cylindrical rolling surface of balancing roller made hollow of elastic material with open ends is used to control density of threads. Inside the rolling roll along the shaft there are plates resting on inner surface of the roller by means of spring-loaded telescopic supports. Plates inside the balancing roller are symmetrically located relative to each other. Telescopic supports are uniformly arranged along plates and connected to plates. On the inner surface of the plates inside the supports there fixed are plates from ferromagnetic material, opposite each of which on the shaft of the rolling roll there are electromagnets electrically connected to the source of electric current supply. In the middle of the plates, in the direction of rotation of the balancing roller, wireless shock sensors are fixed, which send a signal to the control unit for supply of voltage to electromagnets. The creel assembly to supply a number of yarns esp. for warping, has an air channel over each creel leg and on the same vertical plane with at least one outlet opening. Each creel leg has a protective wall behind and on a parallel plan to the bobbin levels. The air streams from the outlet openings pass between the bobbin levels and the wall to pass wholly from the wall against the bobbins. Pref. each air channel is a tube fixed to the shrouding wall. An intermediate tube is between the suction unit and each of the two air channels with the air treatment system. The bobbin layers are formed by continuous chains and the shrouding wall is between the parallel chain levels. The creel is a V-creel type. ADVANTAGE - The air delivered to the creel assembly is used more effectively and the operatives are shielded from the air flow as they pass between the creel legs.

The screw 22, which may be of aluminium, is tightened against the threads 6 to secure the flange and hub in position.

The centre space may be plugged with hard wood, and the inner parts of the pins, instead of being square as shown, may be made circular, with projecting ribs. A beaming machine (beamer) suitable to run any common width beam for Raschel-type knitting machines, having three beams or heads with individual traverse settings so that different yarn end counts can be simultaneously wound on each beam. Uniform yarn tension is obtained at each beam by a series of two rollers positioned between the beam and the yarn creel over which each yarn end must pass. An evenly wound beam is thereby obtained for each of the three beams. Doffing time is minimized by the tensioning rollers in conjunction with pigtail-shaped yarn end guides mounted on one of a plurality of reeds adapted for the various end counts capable of being wound by the machine. Yarn breakage is detected by the breaking of a light beam in conjunction with an air sheet generated from an air slit for each beam. An air sheet is directed toward each yarn sheet so as to blow any broken yarn end across the light beam and thereby electronically initiate a shut-down of the beamer.

A sensing apparatus for yarn feeder may comprise a yarn feeder and a tension controller. FIELD: purification. Liquid treatment of textile yarns in warping machine - in which yarns are separated into discrete groups

A number of layers of parallel warp yarns are superimposed and transverse separator yarns are woven into the warp yarns at spaced position and cut to separate the warp yarns into a number of discrete groups of equal numbers of yarns before the warp yarns are pref. wound onto beams. The yarns are then fed from the beams through a treatment fluid (e.g. mercerizing fluid) and pref. after drying are wound onto take-up beams. Finally the warp yarns are wound off the take-up beams and after removal of the separator yarns the warp yarns are separated (pref. by passage through separate apertures of a perforated plate) and taken up on separate packages. The yarns are prevented from bunching and their separation is accurately controlled, thereby providing more uniform treatment.
