In at least one implementation, a method for forming openings for a stitched seam in a composite panel having an outer layer, and a substrate behind the outer layer includes providing a laser beam onto the substrate, with the laser beam forming an opening through the substrate but not through the outer layer, and moving at least one of the laser or the substrate relative to the other so that a new opening can be formed that is spaced from the already formed opening. Successive openings can be formed in desired locations around the panel to facilitate subsequent panel stitching. In at least some implementations, the laser may form such openings while stitches are formed in the panel, wherein a stitch is provided in a previous opening while or nearly at the same time the laser forms a different opening for a subsequent stitch.

A composite fabric sheet loading and unloading machine and its method of operation is described for loading and unloading a composite fabric sheet into a computer controlled stitching and laser cutting machine. A cutting tip is consistently laid in a vertical direction with respect to the embroidery fabric even during the bilateral adjustment of distance in the directions of X and Y axes, thereby solving a problem caused as the cutting tip is inclined to the embroidery fabric. The exposure range of the cutting tip can be easily adjusted, and the adjusted length of the cutting tip is maintained so that the embroidery fabric is cut by the adjusted length of the cutting tip during a cutting process. Accordingly, the cutting process can secure greatly enhanced cutting preciseness and quality. Furthermore, the cutting tip is moved in a wave form along the embroidery fabric by means of tensile force to cut the embroidery fabric so that a failure does not occur.

본 발명은 건축자재용 합성수지 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이 합성수지는 멜라민 또는 요소에 호르마린, 트리에타놀 아민, 핵사민, 개미산 등이 첨가되어 반응하는 수지용액 제조공정;과, 상기 수지용액에 알릴 알콜과 메틸실란을 투입하는 1차 첨가물 투입공정;과, 이 상태에서 에피클로로 히드린을 첨가하게 되는 2차 첨가물 투입공정;과, 이렇게 제조된 합성수지에 트리부틸 포스페이트, 페닐 포스페이트, 수산, 소다회, 수용성 실리콘 등이 첨가되는 3차 첨가물 투입공정;과, 이렇게 제조된 합성수지 용액에 광물질, 펄프, 스테아린산 아연 등을 혼합하는 혼련공정;과, 상기와 같이 혼합된 함침물을 건조기에서 일정시간과 온도로 건조시키게 되는 건조공정;과, 이와 같이 건조된 합성수지를 냉풍기로 냉각시켜 상온을 유지하도록 하는 냉각공정; 및, 상기와 같이 고형화된 합성수지를 분쇄기를 통해 분쇄시켜 건축자재의 원료로 성형하는 분쇄공정;을 거쳐 제조되는 것으로, 접착력과 강도가 우수한 합성수지를 폐건축자재로 성형할 수 있게 됨으로써 환경오염과 환경파괴를 방지할 수 있고, 저비용으로 고강도의 골재를 생산할 수 있기 때문에 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 것이다.
