In the production method according to the present invention, the binding speed and efficiency of vegetable dyes to cotton and other fibers is increased using an REM technique, such that organic denim and gabardine fabrics (or yarns) can be industrially manufactured in mass production. The method according to the present invention makes it possible to react vegetable dyes with cotton, vegetable or synthetic yarns under low heat, low solution concentration and reduced time parameters. 1. A production method of dyeing denim yarns and denim fabrics with vegetable dyes , the method comprising:subjecting natural or synthetic fibers to a REM process (R),after which selecting at least one of the vegetable dye dyes from a group consisting of madder (KK), acorn hull (MP), black cumin (BS), walnut hull (CV) black tea (BT), cochineal (CR), and tannin (TN),feeding the vegetable dyes into a system,{'b': '1', 'process , dyeing denim warp yarn and rope-shaped cotton yarn in single colors and light color tones with an organic vegetable dye,'}{'b': '2', 'process , dyeing denim warp yarn and rope-shaped cotton yarn in double colors and dark color tones with the vegetable dyes, wherein 2-3 basins (passages) or 2 vegetable dyes are used to give dark and intermediate colors,'}{'b': '3', 'process , applying the vegetable dyes to the bottom as a base color on a warp yarn under an indigo dye,'}{'b': '4', 'process , using the vegetable dyes as a topping hue dye on indigo dye in dyeing denim fabric and yarns,'}{'b': '5', 'process , desizing raw denim,'}{'b': '6', 'process , dyeing fiat cotton and mixed fiber denim and gabardine fabrics in a single color with a top dye in continuous fabric dyeing machines,'}{'b': '7', 'process , desizing raw denim,'}{'b': '8', 'process , dying flat cotton and mixed fiber denim and gabardine fabrics with the vegetable dyes by means of foaming, knife-, press- and other covering techniques in continuous fabric dyeing machines.'}2.
