FENCE EMPLOYING UNIFORM L-SHAPED FLAT SIDED GALVANIZED STEEL POSTS AND FLAT SIDED RAILS

A fence frame is disclosed that preferably comprises galvanized steel posts that provide an accessible flat surface or surfaces parallel with the surface of the transverse rails and through which are applied holding bolts for securing the post to adjoining ends of rail sections. The posts and rail sections are preferably made of standard length L-shaped galvanized angle irons that are readily available. The rails are stripped at their ends to fit over the posts and to present a flat plane of fence frame parts for the installation of a covering. Such covering can conveniently be paneling secured to the fence rails by self-tapping, self-drilling screws or by flexible galvanized wire tie rods.

ANIMAL CONTAINMENT FENCE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING

An animal containment fence includes posts that may be anchored to a surface, connection members that may be transversely coupled to the posts, and flexible cross-members disposed between the posts by telescopically and reciprocally engaging the connection members transversely coupled to the posts. The engagement between the connection members and the cross-member moves reciprocally upon a flexion of the cross-member due to application of a force less than a release force to the cross-member. The engagement between the connection members and the cross-member releases upon a flexion a flexible cross-member due to application of a force equal to or greater than a release force. A method of assembling the animal containment fence includes anchoring posts to a surface, transversely coupling connection members to the posts, and telescopically and reciprocally engaging cross members with the connection members.

MODULAR PRIVACY FENCE WITH INDIVIDUALLY REPLACEABLE PICKETS

A modular privacy fence, which includes an upper rail, comprises a plurality of fence picket dividers on opposed outer side surfaces of the upper rail. The modular privacy fence also includes a fastener attached to the end of the upper rail, wherein the fastener is arranged to secure the upper rail to a fence post, and a bottom rail with a trough configured to receive a bottom portion of fence pickets. In some embodiments, the upper rail is configured to receive fence pickets between adjacent dividers. In such arrangements, the first plurality of fence picket dividers on a first side of the upper rail is offset from the second plurality of fence picket dividers on the opposing side of the upper rail in a direction parallel to the upper rail.

This invention relates to a fencing system and method for assembling a fence panel. The fencing system comprises pickets, braces and rails which can be assembled into a fence panel. The fence panel can be assembled by inserting the pickets through the slots of the brace and the opening of the rails when the brace is in the unlocked position. The assembled fence panel can be locked into place by longitudinally driving the braces relative to their respective rails from the unlocked position to the locked position. 1. A fencing/railing assembly adapted to be positioned between a pair of posts and mounted thereto includes a plurality of pickets, a plurality of rails extending transverse to the pickets, and one or more pivoting, sliding connectors for connecting a picket to a rail, with the sliding, pivotal connection concealed by the rail. The connector is slidably mounted to the rail and is pivotally connected to the picket. In one embodiment, an elongated connector strip is concealed by the rail and spans multiple pickets. In another embodiment, the assembly includes a plurality of shorter connectors, one for each picket/rail connection.

A fence includes first elongated tubular members, each one of which is configured to extend vertically from ends of the first elongated tubular members positionable proximate to a support surface (e.g., the ground). The fence further includes receivers defined by apertures formed in the first elongated tubular members, each of which extends outwardly from respective first elongated tubular members so that each one of the second elongated tubular members can be fixedly attached to corresponding ones of the first elongated tubular members. In some embodiments, one or more of the first elongated tubular members and/or the second elongated tubular members can have a circular cross-section. Fence structure

A fence structure includes a plurality of vertical pickets, at least one connecting strip, a plurality of pivot members, and at least one transverse railing. One end of the pivot member is provided with a stop portion whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the pivot hole of the vertical picket. The stop portion may limit the pivot member and prevent the pivot member from slipping axially after passing through the connecting strip and the vertical picket. By the aforesaid arrangement, the pivot member not only allows the angle of the transverse railing and the connecting strip to be adjustable according to needs, but also prevents the connecting strip and the vertical pickets from slipping or disconnecting resulting when being exerted by a pulling or pushing force.
