They are implemented in the form of integrated structure of the block in the same shell with the pump housing. The pump housing includes a connection section which is implemented on a side surface of a covering and which joins the outlet channel of the pump of the external pilot hydraulic contour and the second pilot channel which supplies external pilot pressure from the connection section to the pilot channel between the outlet channel of the piston pump and the proportional solenoid operating valve. Also it contains a device which mechanically shuts supply of external pilot pressure when outlet pressure of the piston pump is below the pre-set pressure. As a result, the hydraulic system driving the oil bottom-hole pump is capable to exclude cavitation, even when the control system stops. The common bleed-off valve is capable of setting a position for closing the unload passage when the common bleed-off valve is in a non-operating state. The control valves have center bypass passages which function as individual bleed-off passages which open when the control valves are in neutral states. Opening characteristics of the control valves are set such that the center bypass passages are closed in initial stroke periods in which the control valves move toward operating positions.

A hydraulic fluid flowpath includes a first flowpath and a second flowpath. The first flowpath connects a first pump port and a first chamber in a hydraulic cylinder. The second flowpath connects a second pump port and a second chamber in the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic fluid flowpath forms a closed circuit between a hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder. A bleed-off flowpath bleeds off a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the second flowpath. A control valve connects the second flowpath to the bleed-off flowpath via a throttle when an operation amount of an operating member for lowering a work implement is less than a predetermined operation amount so that a hydraulic pressure in second flowpath is maintained at less than a relief pressure. The predetermined operation amount is less than or equal to the maximum operation amount for lowering the work implement.

An auxiliary power unit system for operating hydraulically-operated equipment , the system configured to be disposed in or on a mobile service vehicle comprising an internal combustion engine operatively coupled to a transmission and at least one alternator operatively coupled to the engine , the transmission comprising a power take-off (“PTO”) port , the system comprising:a) a first hydraulic pump operatively coupled to the PTO port;b) a hydraulic motor/pump operatively coupled to the first hydraulic pump via a control block/valve, the control block/valve configured to operatively couple to the hydraulically-operated equipment;c) a direct current (“DC”) electric motor/generator operatively coupled to the hydraulic motor/pump via a first clutch; andd) at least one battery operatively coupled to the DC electric motor/generator via one or both of a charger control circuit and a motor control circuit, wherein the charger control circuit is operatively coupled to the at least one alternator.2. A hydraulic system of a mobile work machine comprising:at least one hydraulic pump arranged to generate hydraulic fluid flow and pressure to a hydraulic circuit;at least one electric motor arranged to rotate the at least one hydraulic pump;at least one hydraulic actuator connected to the hydraulic circuit; andat least one control device for controlling operation of the hydraulic system, the at least one hydraulic pump including a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump, the first hydraulic pump being connected to a first working pressure space of the hydraulic actuator by a first hydraulic line and the second hydraulic pump being connected to a second working pressure space of the hydraulic actuator by a second hydraulic line, and wherein pressure of the hydraulic fluid prevailing in the first working pressure space and the second pressure space are configured to cause inversely directed forces for a moving element of the hydraulic actuator, the at least one electric motor being one common electric motor configured to rotate the two hydraulic pumps simultaneously, the first and second hydraulic pumps having inverse pumping characteristics so that when the first hydraulic pump generates a pressure the second hydraulic pump generates a suction, and vice versa, and wherein movement speed and direction of the hydraulic actuator are controlled by controlling rotational speed and direction of the common electric motor.2. A lift device of the type appended to a vehicle such as a tailgate lift or wheelchair lift. The lift includes a platform (12) movable between a lower or ground position (G) , an upper or load position (E) and a stowed position (S). The platform (12) assumes a horizontal orientation in the ground (G) and load (E) positions and is pivotable to a vertical orientation when stowed for vehicle movement. The platform (12) is connected to a lever arm assembly(13) and further includes hydraulic apparatus (14) to move the platform (12) between ground (G), load (E) and stowed (S) positions. The hydraulic apparatus (14) is actuated by a pump and motor assembly (36) which includes an electric motor (42) for actuation of the pump (4O) and hydraulic apparatus (14). By varying the speed of the motor (42), the speed of the platform (12) between various platform orientations can be varied.

In a hydraulic drive of a tool, a piston is adapted to be acted upon by a pump via a pressure limiting seat valve and a parallel switching seat valve of a valve arrangement. A restriction is provided in a pressure line upstream of the pressure limiting seat valve which is connected to a tank on the flow-off side. A drain line leads from a working chamber of the piston via the switching seat valve to the tank. A closing side is adapted to be acted upon by pressure and an opening side is adapted to be acted upon by a force generated when the pressure limiting seat valve responds. The pump is adapted to be switched off when the maximum operating pressure has been reached, so that the piston will execute a return stroke. A pressure-increasing restriction is provided on the flow-off side of the pressure limiting seat valve.

A hydraulic system is provided, having a pump, operably connected to a motor. It also comprises a controller-driven hydraulic actuator, operably connected to the pump and a hydraulic valve, operable to direct hydraulic fluid to and from either a rod side or a cylinder side of the hydraulic actuator. Rod and cylinder side pressures are pre-defined based on the instantaneous acceleration or deceleration required. Decelerating the hydraulic actuator could involve maintaining the current pressure in the meter-out side of the hydraulic actuator and decreasing the current pressure in the meter-in side by varying the speed of the pump. Deceleration of the hydraulic actuator could also include decreasing pressure on the meter-in side of the hydraulic actuator at a higher rate than on the meter-out side. Acceleration is achieved using a similar approach.
