Отборное устройство давления, разрежения для пылепровода (далее - отборное устройство) предназначено для непрерывного отбора давления, разрежения измеряемой среды пылепровода и передачи ее параметров к контрольно-измерительному оборудованию импульсной линии системы автоматизации технологического процесса. Импульсная линия - трубная проводка, соединяющая отборное устройство с контрольно-измерительным оборудованием - прибором, датчиком или регулятором. Технологическая среда пылепровода - пылегазовая смесь предрасположена к пылеобразованию и вызывает налипание и выпадение осадков на чувствительные органы контрольно-измерительного оборудования, что приводит к неточным показаниям и сокращению его срока эксплуатации. Конструкция заявляемой полезной модели позволяет не только осуществлять непрерывный отбор давления, разрежения измеряемой среды пылепровода, но и отделять взвешенные частицы крупной пыли и мелкозернистого материала. Отборное устройство может быть использовано в различных отраслях промышленности, в т.ч. энергетической - на пылеугольных тепловых электростанциях. Известны серийно выпускаемые отборные устройства для измерения давления и разрежения в технологических трубопроводах, которые устанавливаются в системах автоматизации в различных отраслях промышленности. Измеряемая среда - дым топки котелен, газ пылепроводов с высоким содержанием мелких твердых частиц. Отбор давления таких сред производится под углом 45° к направлению потока через пылесборник, расположенный в непосредственной близости от стенки пылепровода. A method and a rapper device for cleaning a heat exchange surface in a pressure vessel. The rapper device comprises a striker rod which has one end contacting the heat exchange surface in the pressure vessel and one end projecting out of the pressure vessel via a passage opening. A section of the striker rod is slideably supported in a pressure chamber adjacent the passage opening. The device for heating liquid generates steam, receives a fluid in liquid form at its inlet, and ejects the fluid heated up or in gaseous form at its outlet. The device includes a heater positioned inside a sleeve having a longitudinal axis. There is a scraper that fits onto the heater to scrape it the heater in case of movement along the longitudinal axis. A stopper fits snugly between the heater and the sleeve in order to stopper the passage. The scraper, the stopper, and a spring are configured so that an increase in pressure causes the scraper and the stopper to move along the longitudinal axis so that the stopper is shifted to a point where space between the heater and the sleeve allows fluid to pass, and a reduction in pressure causes a shift in the opposite direction by the spring. 1. Device for heating a liquid , comprising:an inlet for receiving a fluid;an outlet for ejecting the;a heating means with a cylindrical external shape arranged within a sleeve having a longitudinal axis;an element internally inserted onto the heating means and in space separating the heating means from an internal surface of the sleeve, said element creating disturbances in flow of fluid in said space, said element being comprised of a scraper engaging the heating means so as to scrape the heating means during a movement along said longitudinal axis;a stopper, closely fitting between the heating means and the sleeve, said stopper having a closed position of a passage in at least one position of said stopper; andyet a spring, said scraper, said stopper and said spring being configured such that an increase of pressure of entering fluid generates a movement along said longitudinal axis of the scraper and the stopper so as to move said stopper to a point where space between the heating means and the sleeve allows said fluid to pass, wherein a decrease in the pressure of the entering fluid generates a displacement in the opposite direction thanks to said spring.2. FIELD: heating. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with a method of purging heat exchanger tubes with a fluidic agent and a device for the proposed method implementation. Under the proposed purging method a jet nozzle is put against the heat exchanger tube and a flux of air containing the fluidic agent is blown through the tube. The proposed method specificity consists in the jet nozzle with its outlet throughhole being not inserted inside the tube but tightly pressed against the tube end butt side with a thrust surface surrounding the outlet throughhole. The design solution typical of the jet device proposed for the method implementation is that of it being equipped with a jet nozzle whose outlet throughhole is surrounded by a thrust surface positioned within the hole plane and interacting with the butt side of the tune being purged, the outlet throughhole cross-section area corresponding to the area of the inner cross-section of the tube being purged. With the help of the device jet nozzle a flux of air containing the fluidic agent is to be blown through the heat exchanger tube having an inner diametre. The jet nozzle is designed to enable connection to a supply hose therethrough the fluidic agent flux is delivered and has a supply channel arranged in it therethrough the fluidic agent flux may flow. The jet nozzle design is basically as follows: the jet nozzle contains a housing whose first end is positioned as opposed to the second one, the two ends limiting the flow channel that stretches between the two ends. The first end has an inlet throughhole arranged in it therethrough the fluidic agent flux may be delivered from the supply hose; the first end has an outlet throughhole arranged in it therethrough the fluidic agent flux may be discharged from the nozzle. A heat exchanger placed underneath an elevated tub or shower stall or under the bathroom floor includes a flat top heat conductive plate. The top plate is fastened to a flat lower plate, having a serpentine pattern with a shallow depth embedded into the top surface. When the top plate is fastened and sealed to the lower plate, the flow of the incoming cold water is contained within the confines of the serpentine lower plate of the heat exchanger. Heat is transferred from the grey waste water falling onto the top plate to preheat the incoming cold water flowing underneath the top plate in the serpentine conduit chamber of the lower plate in contact with a bottom surface of the top plate. The cold water is thereby preheated and used as a substitute for the incoming cold water that would be normally plumbed to the discharge shower head.

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heat exchanger has a plurality of fluid flow tubes secured adjacent their ends by tube sheets. Cleaning elements are adapted to shuttle back and forth in the tubes and are adapted to be captured by baskets. The baskets are positioned so that their basket holding chambers having fluid flow openings in the side walls thereof are disposed in the space between a retaining plate and tube sheet. The outer end portions of the baskets are engaged by the retaining plate while the inner end portions of the baskets are positioned relative to the tube sheet openings to be in fluid communication with the heat exchanger tubes. The retaining plate has a plurality of openings therein which may be in axial alignment with the tube sheet openings and in axial registry with the open outer ends of the baskets. Alter-nately, the retaining plate openings may be arranged in a random pattern basically out of alignment with the tube sheet openings and out of registry with the baskets. The total cross-sectional area of the random openings in a retainer plate is preferably equal to or greater than the sum of the internal cross-sectional area of the heat exchanger tubes.

In the cleaning method, combustion residues deposited in the flow ducts for the flue gases are detached, with the combustion chamber sealed off from the outside, by means of cleaning brushes moving to and fro in the ducts, and simultaneously sucked off through a corresponding suction opening. The combustion chamber is sealed off from the outside by means of a cleaning device in the form of a cover which is to be inserted into the combustion door opening of a heating boiler to be cleaned and which has at least one longitudinal guide for a long-handled guide means of a cleaning brush. The cover expediently consists of an annular part, which can be inserted into a combustion door opening, and a guide plate which can be rotatably accommodated in the region of a partial annular cutout and which has a longitudinal guide for the long-handled guide means of the cleaning brush.

The present invention is directed to a device and method for removing build-up on such measurement gauges. The inventive device and method involve a movable scraper (50) that fits around a cylindrical shield (40) of a measurement gauge and continuously removes the build-up on the shield. Movement of the scraper is accomplished by a magnetic coupling between a magnetic core (52) attached to the scraper, which is inside a pipe (10) or other piece of equipment, and solenoids (32, 34) that are installed on the outside of the pipe. The device and method of the invention ensure instantaneously correct readings from the measurement gauge and improve control and operation strategies of heat exchanges, with significant economic advantages.
