The light source part has a light emitting surface to emit light, and the light guide plate has a light incident surface to guide light. The upper light guide is located above the lower light guide and includes second gratings. The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus including a display panel, a light guide plate disposed in the rear of the display panel, and at least one light source package disposed on one side of the light guide plate to supply light. The light source package includes a light source generating light, a package housing disposed to be spaced apart from a circumference of the light source, an encapsulation member disposed between the light source and the package housing and having an accommodation space on one side thereof, and a cover glass disposed in the accommodation space to face a light exit surface of the light source and configured to be equal to or larger than an area of the light exit surface. 1. A display apparatus comprising:a display panel;a light guide plate disposed in the rear of the display panel; andat least one light source package disposed on one side of the light guide plate to supply light,wherein the light source package comprises:a light source generating light;a package housing disposed to be spaced apart from a circumference of the light source;an encapsulation member disposed between the light source and the package housing, and having an accommodation space on one side thereof; anda cover glass disposed in the accommodation space to face a light exit surface of the light source and configured to be equal to or larger than an area of the light exit surface.2. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , whereinthe cover glass covers the light exit surface to allow light emitted from the light exit surface to be transmitted.3. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , whereinthe light source package further comprises an expansion encapsulation member disposed in the accommodation space and formed in an outward direction thereof from a circumference of the cover glass.4. An image compensating portion located on a display panel includes a light incident surface, a light emitting surface, and a plurality of light guiding channels parallel with each other. The display panel includes a main display region and a periphery display region. A projection of the light emitting surface on the light incident surface is larger than an area of the light incident surface. An image compensating apparatus located on a display panel , the image compensating apparatus comprising:an image compensating portion comprising a light incident surface, a light emitting surface, and a plurality of light guiding channels connected with the light incident surface and the light emitting surface; a projection of the light emitting surface on the light incident surface is larger than an area of the light incident surface, the light guiding channel guides lights from the light incident surface to be emitted from the light emitting surface for being extended.2. The image compensating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the light emitting surface connected with the light incident surface is substantially arc shaped claim 1 , and protrudes outwardly away from the light incident surface.3. The image compensating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the image compensating portion further comprises an inclined surface connected the light incident surface and the light emitting surface; the inclined surface and the light incident surface define an obtuse angle.4. An imaging directional backlight apparatus including a waveguide, a light source array, for providing large area directed illumination from localized light sources. The waveguide may include a stepped structure, in which the steps may further include extraction features optically hidden to guided light, propagating in a first forward direction. Returning light propagating in a second backward direction may be refracted, diffracted, or reflected by the features to provide discrete illumination beams exiting from the top surface of the waveguide. The directional backlight may be arranged to switch between at least a first wide angular luminance profile mode and a second narrow angular luminance profile mode. The directional backlight is arranged to illuminate an LCD with a bias electrode arranged to switch liquid crystal directors in black state pixels between a first wide angular contrast profile mode and a second narrow angular contrast profile mode. Performance of privacy operation for off-axis snoopers is enhanced in comparison to displays with only directional backlights or switchable contrast properties.

The present disclosure relates to a display panel, a device and a method for controlling the same. The display panel includes: a substrate; a detecting light transmitter, a detecting light receiver, a first optical element and a second optical element which are disposed on the substrate. The first optical element is configured to diverge light emitted from the detecting light transmitter and the second optical element is configured to converge the reflected divergent light to the detecting light receiver. 1. A display panel , comprising:a substrate; anda detecting light transmitter, a detecting light receiver, a first optical element and a second optical element, all disposed on the substrate,wherein the first optical element selectively diverge light emitted from the detecting light transmitter;the second optical element selectively converge the reflected divergent light to the detecting light receiver.2. The display panel according to claim 1 , further comprising:a depth information processor, electrically connected with the detecting light transmitter and the detecting light receiver respectively,wherein the depth information processor is configured to measure depth information on an external object according to a phase difference between the light emitted from the detecting light transmitter and the reflected divergent light received by the detecting light receiver.3.
