A second oxide component is formed over the first oxide crystal component. Crystal growth is performed by a second heat treatment using the first oxide crystal component as a seed, so that a second oxide crystal component is formed. Thus, a stacked oxide material is formed. A transistor with a high mobility is formed using the stacked oxide material and a driver circuit is formed using the transistor.

The metallizations (aluminum and/or copper) are opaque and the capacitor therefore protects the transistor from light, the level of protection being increased with the number of metallization levels used to form the interdigitated structures.

More specifically, the common bus lines can be positioned above or below existing elements of the display that are already opaque. Thus, adding the common bus lines need not reduce the aperture. The above can be achieved by, for example, placing the common bus lines above or below existing non-transparent lines, such as gate lines or data lines.

The backlight chassis 22 holds at least the reflection sheet 26 and the light guide plate 20 therein. The reflection sheet 26 and the light guide plate 20 are arranged on a surface of the bottom plate 22 a in this sequence from the bottom plate 22 a side. The cushion sheet 27 is configured to absorb a stress applied by the bottom plate 22 a toward the reflection sheet 26 and arranged between the backlight chassis 22 and the reflection sheet 26.

In the invention, the display driving circuit board is connected with the metal front frame through the metal insert, compared with a conductive aluminum foil, the metal insert has higher strength and reliability, and the problems of falling, damage, tearing, etc. are not easy to occur. In addition, the metal insert can be assembled and disassembled as a whole conveniently, and thus, no additional trouble can be caused in the rework process.
