본 고안은 자동차용 제동장치 교육 장비에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 상기와 같은 목적의 달성을 위하여 본 고안은 모터(101)가 내장된 중앙함체(1a) 전방에 수납함체(1b)를 형성하여 그 수납함체(1b) 전면에는 내부 수납부를 개폐하는 개폐문(102)을 설치하고, 상기 수납함체(1b) 상면에는 브레이크페달(104)과 핸드브레이크 레버(105)와 압력게이지(106)가 설치된 조작반(103)을 형성하며, 중앙함체(1a)의 상면 후방에는 패널부(1c)를 형성하여 상기 수납함체(1b)의 양 측면과 패널부(1c)의 양 측면 간에 안전바(107)를 설치한 본체(1)와; 상기 본체(1)의 중앙함체(1a) 내부에 설치된 모터(101)와 벨트로 연결되어 양 측면으로 돌출된 구동축으로 동력을 출력하는 기어박스(2)와; 그 기어박스(2) 양측으로 돌출된 구동축과 각각 결합되는 디스크브레이크(3)와; 상기 조작반(103)에 설치된 브레이크페달(104)에 의해 압력게이지(106)과 함게 작동하는 배력장치(4)와; 상기 중앙함체(1a) 내부에 설치되며, 발전기와 오일탱크를 구비하고, 상기 배력장치(4)와 진공라인으로 연결되는 진공펌프어셈블리(5)와; 상기 조작반(103)에 설치된 핸드브레이크 레버(105)와 와이어로 연결되어 작동하는 드럼브레이크(6)로 구성함으로써, 실제 자동차에 설치된 제동장치와 같이 분해, 조립 및 작동이 가능하여 제동장치의 정비, 수리뿐만 아니라 다양한 고장 증상에 대한 시연이 가능하여 자동차용 제동장치에 대한 교육 효과를 높일 수 있다.
