SYSTEM FOR QUICKLY DEPLOYING AND COLLECTING VISIBLE MARKERS

A device for quickly deploying and collecting visible markers is disclosed. Visible markers can include a base that can support an upright flag for use in sports training, marketing, or traffic/emergency situations. The device for retaining the bases can be comprised of a frame having two vertical legs joined by a horizontal member, which can serve as a handle, at a top portion of each of the two vertical legs. A foot is attached to the bottom end of each of the two vertical legs, each of the feet are at an angle to the corresponding vertical leg to allow feet to be received in apertures of a base device and the angle of the feet retain the base device on the frame. The base retaining device also has a control member attached to frame, and the control member is coupled to each of the feet to move each of the feet between a base retaining position and a base releasing position. 1. A post flag system includes a mounting tube and a flag. The mounting tube has a post section and a mounting section separated by a bend. The post section of the mounting tube goes over the upper end of a vertical post. The post section has an annular cross section of constant inner diameter greater than the outer dimension of the post to receive the upper end of the vertical post. The bend orients the mounting section at a mounting tube angle with respect to the post section. Systems and methods for flying sheet materials including a conduit, at least one airflow diverter and an outlet, and a fan positioned relative to the conduit for moving high velocity air through the conduit and out the at least one airflow diverter. In example embodiments, at least one sheet material is connected to a portion of the conduit and nearby the outlet such that the high velocity air provides a force against the sheet material causing the same to unfurl and fly as if an outdoor wind was present. In some example embodiments, two or more sheet materials can be unfurled or fly at the same time. 1. A system for flying at least one sheet material comprising:a conduit;at least one airflow diverter defined within a potion of the conduit, wherein an outlet is provided in the conduit and generally adjacent the airflow diverter; anda fan positioned relative to the conduit for moving high velocity air therethrough and out the at least one airflow diverter,wherein the at least one sheet material is connected to a portion of the conduit and nearby the at least one airflow diverter such that the high velocity air provides a force against the sheet material causing the same to unfurl.2.
