The coil molded product 12 A includes a coil 12 formed of a helically wound wire 12 w and an internal resin portion 12 c that maintains the coil 12 in a compressed state. Since the magnetic core 11 is formed without adhesive, a bonding step is not required. Due to use of the coil molded product 12 A, the coil 12 needs not be compressed while forming the reactor 1 . Thus, the reactor 1 is fabricated with high productivity.

A magnetic member includes a substrate and a magnetic element. A configuration groove is formed on the substrate, so as to accommodate the magnetic element. Furthermore, a first electrode is formed on a periphery of the substrate, so that ends of a conductive coil of the magnetic element are electrically laid thereon. A guide groove is formed on a position adjacent to the first electrode, and the guide groove is filled with a conductive metal, so that the first electrode is electrically connected to the guide groove. In this way, after an IR reflow process of the magnetic member, conditions of abnormal adhesion and poor conductivity are avoided. The magnetic member is applicable to various electronic devices requiring the magnetic elements, for example, a communication circuit and a frequency conversion circuit.

Here, the print-coil substrate 30 is connected to the print-coil substrate 40 by using the U-shaped terminal 50 , by which soldering for fixing the U-shaped terminal 50 is performed from the lower face side of the print-coil substrate 30 . Therefore, as compared with a conventional constitution where soldering is performed from both sides of the stacked print-coil substrates, the print coils can be connected by soldering only from one side face, thus making it possible to reduce the amount of work necessary for connecting the print coils.

Divergent flux path magnetic actuation is a technique employed to move and magnetically hold an armature in electromechanical actuator devices. These actuators are typically used for linear and reciprocating application with a shaft firmly fixed to an armature or central pole piece to convey movement and forces. By incorporating a bearing about the shaft, rotation can also be conveyed. Further these actuators are more adaptable to energy saving applications than conventional solenoids, specifically when their control coils are parallel connected to reduce the input voltage from a power source and electrically pulsed from a capacitor to reduce the energy input. Thus divergent flux path magnetic actuators can be used for multipurpose energy saving applications and adapted to a variety of devices that would commonly use conventional solenoids.
