As applied to pressing aluminium or copper turns into the stator slots of a dynamoelectric machine and also pressing the end parts 16 of the turns outwardly and towards the core, a polyethylene &c. bag 26, Fig. 1, is disposed in the stator and clamped by a ring 27 to a deflector 28 fixed to the base of a chamber 23. An opposite deflector (not shown) may be located at the top of the container. Water 21 or an unhardened insulating and bonding material, e.g. a synthetic polyester resin, in a solution is introduced into the bag through a tube 29 which may include a one-way valve. Air vents may be provided in the upper portion of the bag. An arc is discharged across electrodes 33, 34 to form the pressure wave which ruptures the bag as the water &c. surges against the ends of the turns and through the stator slots. Depending on the composition of the medium 21, its state may be changed in part to a vapour or gas. If water is used, moisture remaining may be removed by heating the core, e.g. to 150‹ C. for four hours. If a bonding material is used, filling the voids in the turns and providing a film of insulation on the slot walls to supplement the insulation already in place, this may be hardened by baking for two hours at 200‹ C. A method of and apparatus for inserting coils into slots formed in the stator core (18) of a dynamoelectric machine such as an electric motor. The stator core is assumed to have open type slots (20). Each slot forms, in cooperation with the blades for guiding the coil (17) and a stripper (26) for forcing the coil out of the blades (11), a closed space which has such volume as to avoid any disorder of coil wire layers when the coil is received by the closed space. After placing the coils in the closed spaces, the coils are pushed into the respective slots and, as desired, the coils are compressed further until the coil wires come to have non-circular cross-section. By so doing, it is possible to remarkably increase the space factor for each slot.

Provided is a coil insertion device for inserting a wound coil into slots formed in a stator core and opening to a through-hole of the stator core, by placing the coil in the through-hole, and by expanding the coil to move the coil from inside toward outside with respect to the stator core. The coil insertion device includes a coil expander having a plurality of piece members arranged in an annular shape. 本发明公开一种电机转子导条卧式顶置涨紧装置,包括机身底座、设置于机身底座的表面两侧位置处并用于水平支撑及周向旋转转子工件的支撑旋转机构、设置于机身底座表面上并用于驱动支撑旋转机构带动转子工件沿其轴向方向往复运动的轴向运动机构,以及架设于机身底座上并位于转子工件的支撑位置上方、用于与转子工件上的各根导条紧抵以通过往复滚压使其涨紧在铁芯沟槽内的滚压机构。本发明通过支撑旋转机构对转子工件形成水平支撑和周向旋转驱动,利用轴向运动机构使转子工件与滚压机构形成相对往复运动,使得滚压机构对各根导条进行逐根滚压和涨紧,提高电机转子导条的涨紧效率,保证导条的涨紧程度均匀一致及涨紧形变均匀连续,消除了安全隐患。

A motor unit is provided with: a stator which has a coil formed by a winding, which has an insulation coating, being wound around the surface of an electrically conductive member; a rotor which receives the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator and rotates; and a center piece that supports the stator, and also has formed a center piece-side winding insertion hole through which the winding is inserted. The motor unit is also provided with: a circuit device for controlling electrification to the winding, the device having a connection part arranged on the center piece, on the side opposite to that on which the stator is fixed, by which the winding that passed through the center piece-side winding insertion hole is connected; and a potting part formed using a potting material, for plugging the gaps formed between the center piece-side winding insertion hole and the winding, with one part in a state adhered to the winding coating.

A stator manufacturing apparatus includes an insertion tool inserted into a stator core, the insertion tool having a plurality of holding grooves formed on an outer periphery, the insertion tool being configured such that a pair of side portions of a stator coil are disposed in two of the holding grooves separated by a predetermined width; and a pressing tool having a plurality of plate-like pushers narrowed toward tips arranged on a pressing body in correspondence with the positions of the plurality of holding grooves of the insertion tool. The pressing tool is configured to push the pairs of side portions of the stator coils inserted in the holding grooves radially outwardly and insert the side portions into the corresponding slots. A recessed groove enabling grippers to be inserted when the stator coil is disposed using the grippers for gripping the pair of side portions is formed on the outer periphery of the insertion tool.
