A rotor device of an integrated starter-generator motor and a rotor working system are disclosed in the present invention. The rotor device is a monobloc casted and then machined, inseparable one-piece structure. The rotor device takes the shape of a straw hat and is provided with an external side surface of a hat top being surface ( 11 ), an external side surface of a hat brim being surface ( 13 ), an inner side surface of the hat brim being surface ( 12 ) and a surface ( 14 ) which connects the surface ( 11 ) with the surface ( 13 ). The surface ( 11 ) of the rotor device is provided with multiple through holes ( 1 ) used for fixing with a crankshaft ( 82 ). The surface ( 12 ) of the rotor device is provided with multiple threaded holes ( 2 ) used for connecting with a clutch. The threaded holes ( 2 ) pass through the surface ( 13 ) corresponding to the surface ( 12 ). The rotor device of integrated type provided in the invention replaces a traditional fabricated rotor device which comprises a rotor supporting frame of a motor, an engine flywheel, a clutch driving disc and so on. Stability and consistency of the system of the integrated starter-generator motor are improved by the technical solution.

Examples of the present disclosure relate to a device, method, and medium storing instructions for execution by a processor for estimating motor winding temperature. In an example, a device for estimating motor winding temperature includes a motor shaft and a motor winding. The device may include a current sense resistor to detect the current passing through a common wiring. The device may include a digital to analog converter to convert an input voltage to an analog signal for comparison to the voltage and to generate a differential voltage using the signals received from the current sense resistor and an initial voltage supplied to the motor winding. The device may include a processor to use the differential voltage and a current input value to calculate a resistance of the motor winding from comparison to a temperature conversion curve. 1. The electric drive unit includes a rotor having a rotor shaft, and gear shaft, where the rotor shaft is inserted into the gear shaft. The gear shaft is supported by two bearings, while the rotor shaft supported directly at one end by a bearing and at the other by the gear shaft. A wave spring is also disclosed that provides an axial loading to the rotor shaft. Also disclosed is a balancing ring secured to an end of the rotor via a locknut. An object of the present invention is to provide a mechanism for disengaging a hub from an output shaft of a motor, which is convenient to propel the scooter/wheelchair manually. For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solution. A motor system includes first and second solid-state relays disposed between an inverter configured to control energization to a first coil set of a motor and an in-vehicle battery for supplying power to the inverter, and connected in series in this order in a direction from the inverter to the battery. The first solid-state relay has a first diode of which a forward direction is from the battery to the inverter. The second solid-state relay has a second diode of which a forward direction is from the inverter to the battery. Motor relays, each having a third diode of which a forward direction is from the neutral point to the inverter, are connected to the phase coils of the first coil set. When power supply from the battery to the inverter is interrupted, the first solid-state relay is turned off after the motor relays are turned off.

The datum section has varied characteristic from the remaining one or more portions of the plurality of magnetic segments. A stator includes a plurality of stator poles that includes first and second groups of poles each having respective windings on each pole. The first and second groups are separated by a pair blank poles. A Hall Effect sensor extends between and is supported by the blank poles.
