When the matching is successful, the request data packet is forwarded out directly, and when the matching is unsuccessful, the request data packet is re-directed to the listening port. Through the use of an identifier such as a digital fingerprint, application sessions or session requests that use the same credentials can be distinguished, and malicious users can be detected and managed. A request to establish a session with an application can be received. Based on a digital fingerprint associated with the request, it can be determined that although a credential included in the request is valid, the request is unauthorized by comparing the digital fingerprint to known malicious fingerprints. When the fingerprint is found to be malicious, a cloned application session having at least partially fake data can be established instead of the requested application, thus limiting an attacker's access to real application data without revealing to the attacker that the attack has been detected.

An example method includes identifying a transport layer security (TLS) session between a client and a server, parsing one or more TLS messages to identify a session ticket associated with the session, transforming the session ticket into a fixed size session token, and managing the session using the session token to identify the session. The transforming may include computing a hash value of the session ticket using a hashing algorithm. If any of the TLS messages is spread across more than one TLS protocol record, the method can include computing a hash value of a portion of the session ticket encountered in a TLS protocol record using a hashing algorithm, incrementally computing another hash value of another portion of the session ticket encountered in a subsequent TLS protocol record from the previously computed hash value, and repeating the incremental computing until portions of the session ticket have been processed.

In accordance with an embodiment, systems and methods for session handling in a multitenant application server environment are provided. The ability to replicate a session is important but equally so is the ability to ensure the session is successfully deserialized on some server in order to serve the request. After a server has been shut down, the front end can fail over the request to one of the remaining server members in a cluster. Once the server receives the request it can attempt to grab the session from a server that holds a copy of that session. When a patched or unpatched server attempts to load the session that originated from a server of the opposite state, it can fail to deserialize the session, and inform the traffic director of severs in the cluster that are capable of deserializing the session.

A computer-implemented method , comprising:defining a selection of data types from available log data for an evaluation of events associated with an entity;defining one or more evaluations associated with the entity;generating reference data from the selection of data types based on the one or more defined evaluations;grouping the one or more evaluations into a pattern; andinitializing for display in a graphical user interface a visualization of a normalized score for the entity for each evaluation associated with the pattern against a determined anomaly threshold.2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein an entity is a member of a group consisting of a user and a computer system.3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , comprising generating intermediate reference data according to the selected data types claim 1 , wherein the intermediate reference data is stored in a database.4. The computer-implemented method of claim 3 , wherein the generation of reference data is based on the one or more defined evaluations.5. Techniques for facilitating operations in hybrid cloud computing systems are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method can include receiving, at a public cloud, a plurality of applications deployable in a private cloud and informing an access service of the public cloud computing system regarding the received applications deployable in the private cloud.
