Disclosed are an integral molding manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a waterproof structure of 3C electronic products. The method comprises the following steps: a. placing a solid-state silica gel raw material of a predetermined quantity into material injecting holes; b. extruding the solid-state silica gel raw material in the material injecting holes to flow, and flowing into a waterproof structure cavity inside a mold with a product placed therein through a gel inlet channel; and c. suffering the flowing solid-state silica gel to high temperature in the mold for a vulcanization reaction, and finally integrally molding into a silica gel waterproof structural member on the product. The waterproof structure, manufactured by using the present invention, has a high waterproof performance, a good material toughness, a small abrasion after repeated use and a strong fatigue resistance.
